Exes Ciara Miller and West Wilson could be on the verge of rekindling their old flame on Summer House.
During a game of Spin the Bottle on Season 10, Episode 7, West inexplicably began touching Ciara and rubbing her back. By Ciara’s description, he had actually been “overly flirty” with her all weekend, leading her to wonder what was going on between them.
“I think it’s very clear that we miss each other, and, like, we miss our friendship,” Ciara remarked in a confessional. “And, like, look, we’re probably still attracted to each other. … We’re in a weird state of, like, limbo, and so it’s all just coming out so disorganized and a bit crazy.”

The following weekend, she and the other women had a full backyard debrief on the situation, at which point newbie Mia Calabrese offered her theory that West is “in love with” Ciara. Lindsay Hubbard, meanwhile, asked Ciara if she would “ever give him another shot.”
As Ciara thought over her response, Lindsay added perspective by sharing that she “would never ever” give Carl Radke another chance. That led Ciara to say, “OK, when you put it like that, I don’t know if I’m never ever.”
As Mia rhetorically concluded, “So the door is open?”
West Wilson shares an update on his dynamic with Ciara Miller
West, meanwhile, admitted to the guys that he didn’t “really remember anything” from the night of the Spin the Bottle game.
“Do I need to, like, apologize for the drunk back rub?” he wondered in a confessional. “Honestly, not ’cause it was, like, invasive, but did I just, like, make stuff weirder? Was it f–kin’ cringe and gross and yuck? That’s the worst thing you could ever be. And I don’t know, you know? There’s no worse feeling than not knowing if you’re cringe.”

Elsewhere in the episode, West, who had been much more open about his feelings throughout the season, also shared his own take on where things stood between him and Ciara at that point.
“There is always, like, a little something there,” West revealed to a producer. “But I still haven’t had, like, a real conversation with Ciara, so I don’t truly f–king know anything. Maybe she’s at the point now where, like, this is something, but, uh, I don’t know.”
Ciara Miller and West Wilson reveal new details about their split
During a group dinner outing later on Summer House‘s March 17 episode, Ciara and West did at least have a conversation about the fallout from their 2024 breakup. The subject had arisen when Amanda Batula referenced West’s post-split interviews that previously sparked major drama at the beginning of Season 9.
“I empathized a lot with how our relationship ended and did a lot of, like, interviews,” West explained. “I don’t think I just knew any better. But it is gross to talk about the relationship publicly, and I don’t think I, like, really grasped that until I was on the other side of it. … And I just want you to know, I, like, see you way more than I did prior.”
He also mentioned that seeing Jesse Solomon and Lexi Wood’s breakup play out in the press had given him a new perspective on the matter.
Ciara’s response? “I mean, I appreciate it,” she said. “It just sucks that you had to watch someone else go through it in order for you to understand your own actions. …Â I just expected more out of you.”
She also went on to open up about the “blowback” she had experienced related to “the interracial aspect” of their relationship. Eventually, West replied, “If I knew what I knew then… it would’ve been a lot different. And I apologize.”
As Ciara tearfully shared with a producer afterward, “The hardest thing with, like, the me and West situation is that, like, everyone’s always just like ‘Oh, you let a white man play you on national TV.’ And, like, it’s regardless of how we feel about each other; it’s, like, the way that it looks to the entire world. Yeah, I guess if I could help it, I would, but you can’t help who you love. You can’t help, like, who you are attracted to sometimes.”
She concluded, “He was my friend at one point, and we did have a relationship. But I know, like, we do care a lot about each other, and it’s not just, like, oh, fun and flirting. I do think we have a much deeper relationship than anybody ever has seen.”
