It was a celebratory weekend for The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys family.
On Saturday, December 13, Missouri rancher Cole McBee received a heap of Instagram messages honoring his 26th trip around the sun. But that wasn’t the only birthday in the McBee household that day; Cole and Kacie Adkison’s daughter, Blair Collins McBee, also turned 1 year old.

Kacie marked the father-daughter celebration in a series of Instagram posts, beginning with a heartwarming photo of Cole holding their baby girl.
“Happy Birthday to the best daddy & to my most perfect daughter!” she wrote in a Story. “I will never be able to put into words the amount of love I have for you both!”

Cole took to Instagram shortly after to share a peek at Blair’s special day. He posted a video of her brand-new playpen, decorated with the cutest little pink couch, pink balloons, and a purple “Happy Birthday” banner.
“How is my baby already 1,” he captioned the clip.

Cole and Blair also received birthday wishes from Allie Eklund, the girlfriend of Cole’s older brother Steven McBee Jr.
“One year older, one year on earth,” she began. “Watching you grow into the dad you are while getting to know you as a friend has been really special. Happy 26th, Cole and happy 1st birthday to sweet Blair. So much love for this chapter and I’m grateful to be a part of it all.”

Galyna Saltkovska, the ex-girlfriend of the McBee family patriarch, Steve McBee Sr., shared a sweet photo of Cole and his young family, as well as a snap of her holding newborn Blair at the hospital.
“[Cole] finally found the sidekick who outshines him — and he wouldn’t have it any other way,” Galyna wrote. “Happy 1st Princess Blair! And Happy BD to the greatest dad she could ever ask for.”
Blair’s uncle Brayden McBee then offered a peek at his niece’s Western-themed birthday party. He posted a photo of the adorable toddler sitting on a high chair adorned with ribbons and a little “One” sign featuring a pink cowboy hat and cowboy boot graphic.
“Happy 1st birthday to my crazy, personality filled niece,” Brayden wrote. “Love you miss Blair… and happy 26th to her crazy, personality filled father lol, love you brotha!”
The decor included a light-pink backdrop with the words “First Rodeo,” and Blair’s name spelled out in rope. The piece was decorated with a star-patterned cowboy hat, a mini cactus, and beautiful balloon arrangements.

But it wouldn’t be a party without dessert. Kacie returned to Instagram later that day to showcase Blair’s pink birthday cake decorated with a cow-print trim, a little wagon wheel, and a cowboy boot topper. She also reposted a photo of Blair’s pink cupcakes as well as the customized cookies and cake balls made by Reilly McBee and Ballzy Cakes, respectively.
