Southern Charm’s Craig Conover is putting it all out there regarding where he stands with Salley Carson.
Audiences have seen the flirty texts and hot-tub innuendos as Season 11 continues, but as suspicions ramp up, Craig maintains there is nothing romantic between the two of them. As he said on the Dec. 18 episode on Andy Cohen’s Sirius XM series, Radio Andy, “Salley’s wonderful; she’s just — I’ve always just seen her as like a friend and a sister.”
Craig’s bold statement comes one day after his appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, when clarifying that although his hot tub has “seen some action,” said action hasn’t involved Salley or the third party of their alleged “love triangle,” Southern Charm newcomer Charley Manley.
Details on Craig Conover’s love triangle with Salley Carson and Charley Manley
To sum it up, Salley has taken a genuine interest in Craig on Season 11 — much to Venita Aspen’s chagrin — though Craig has taken a genuine interest in Charley. The somewhat messy dynamic came to a head during a group outing at the beach on Episode 5, when Charley admitted, “I do feel like I’m walking on eggshells a little bit with Salley, just, because of Craig. I mean, it’s the only thing that Salley and I have ever fought about.”
Charley remained steadfast in her belief that there was “something” between her and Craig, but she admitted to being guarded when it came to love. Still, Salley continued to have eyes for Craig, which she plainly spoke of on the Dec. 17 episode.

“I mean, I do think he’s attractive. And I like his personality,” she said. “And, you know, if he made a move, would I be into it? Yeah.”
All said, Salley hinted at the end of the episode that something possibly happened between her and Craig during an overnight soak in the hot tub — though Craig debunked the insinuation during his recent WWHL visit.
Craig Conover talks about embracing life as a single man
Following his sudden split from Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo after three years together, Craig said on the aforementioned WWHL episode that he was “getting used to” being single. And going into the new year, that’s how he plans to stay.
