Cynthia Bailey’s daughter Noelle Robinson’s family dynamic between her mom and dad, Leon Robinson, remains the stuff of goals. In fact, Cynthia and Leon have proved time and time again that they have one of the best co-parenting relationships, even all these years after their romantic relationship ended. They not only show up for each other, but also for their grown-up daughter.
In fact, Cynthia and Noelle didn’t miss a chance to show their support for Leon at a recent film festival premiere for his new project, The Rhythm and The Blues. Not only did Noelle pose a question for her dad during the Q&A portion, but Cynthia was also in the audience. In the video posted by Leon to Instagram, he shared his exchange with his daughter at the 16th Annual BronzeLens Film Festival in Atlanta in late August.
Noelle asks, “As your daughter, you have always had integrity in your work. I want to know if you have any tips for any other actors or creatives to just continue to have integrity in your work when it’s so easy to compromise your values, whether it be for money or different things? And you’ve done an excellent job of that.”

In the clip, Leon goes on to say, “So, First of all, this is a special screening for me because my daughter is here. Two, Often people ask me what is my favorite role. And my favorite Is being your dad.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom later commented with three hearts in the comments on the post.
What is Cynthia Bailey’s daughter doing today?
In addition to spending time with her family, Noelle remains busy in her influencer and entertainment career. Noelle performed in a dance recital earlier this summer and both her parents showed their support for her performance.
More recently, Cynthia posted a new look at Noelle’s modeling career on Aug. 12, tagging her modeling agency and adding the hashtags, “my girl,” “bestie,” “my supermodel,” and “love.” Cynthia, who of course is also a model, also captioned the set of photos, “The [apple] don’t fall far from the tree.”
Noelle, who is based in Los Angeles, has been exploring many creative endeavors. “You know, Noelle is still finding herself, her identity,” Cynthia recently told The Daily Dish earlier this year. “She just turned 25. She came on the show with me when she was 8 years old. I can’t believe she’s 25. Now that we can actually go to a bar and have a drink together, it’s crazy. But she’s good. She’s good.”
