A 3-year-old Arizona boy is dead and his 23-year-old father has been charged in his death.
South Tucson Police responded to a call about a shooting Wednesday morning, KGUN reported.
Later, police said the boy had died and Anthony Noriega was arrested and charged with negligent homicide and domestic violence endangerment.
No details about the incident have been released, but police said their were two crime scenes, according to KOLD.
“This location right here is where the victim was brought for treatment, and the actual incident happened in a home right behind this location,” said police Commander Raul Navarro outside the home.
