Daisy Kelliher is opening up about going under the knife. The Below Deck Down Under Season 4 chief stew recently opened up about getting a nose job, and is sharing more details about her recovery process and her decision to undergo the cosmetic procedure.
Daisy took to her Instagram Story over the weekend, where she revealed that she more insight into why she had gotten her rhinoplasty done. After leaving the hospital, she then moved to a hotel in Thailand, where she began documenting the recovery process. “I got rhinoplasty, mainly for cosmetic [reasons], but I also did have a pretty bad deviated septum,” she explained in a now-disappeared video posted to her Story.
Daisy snapped a selfie of her nose, bandaged up, post-surgery, and posted it to her Story. “New hair, new season, new nose,” she wrote. By day two of recovery, Daisy noted that she felt “swollen and uncomfortable,” and by day three, looked like “a literal chipmunk” with “a headache.”

Daisy continued in the now-disappeared video, admitting that this decision was a personal one for her. “[There are] lots of people being like, ‘I loved the way you looked before.’ That’s so sweet. I didn’t,” she explained. “I very much got it done for me. Anyone who knows me, who’s a good friend in my life, has known that I have wanted a nose job well before I was on TV.”
“This is not a new thing I’ve thought about or a new decision,” she added. “So yeah, just wanted to clarify that.”

Earlier in the year, Daisy took to Instagram where she shared her goals and what she hoped to accomplish for 2026. The chief stew and podcast host noted in the Jan. 1 post from Dubai that she wanted to see more of the world, among other major things. “Goals for 2025: Get bigger ass, Make more money, Travel more,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
And so far, the year has been amazing for her. Daisy took to Instagram on Feb. 6, where she posted a series of photos from recent events in her life. In the snapshots, Daisy can be seen traveling to California, hanging out with Captain Jason Chambers, sitting poolside with BDDU Season 4 stew, Jenna Woudberg, and promoting BDDU on several talk shows. “Plot twist: I’m thriving,” Daisy wrote in the caption of the post.
