When Michelle Saniei runs into her ex, Jesse Lally, and his girlfriend, Lacy Nicole, she makes it clear there’s no love lost between them. Michelle shares her unfiltered thoughts on Jesse’s new partner during the above preview of The Valley Season 3 premiere, airing Wednesday, April 1, at 8/7c.
“Lacy — her and I have had a very difficult relationship,” Michelle tells producers during her confessional interview.
“I’m dealing with a person who thinks she knows everything,” Michelle tells Lala Kent of her relationship with Lacy during the preview. “She wants everybody to love her — I can tell.”
Michelle later references a Season 2 issue she ran into with Lacy. “Just a reminder, this is the same woman who had her lawyer send me a cease and desist,” Michelle adds. “I met Lacy’s ex-boyfriend. I was like, ‘Oh my god, she sent me a cease and desist.’ He’s like, ‘Oh, I got one too!’ She throws them out to everyone.”
In case you need a refresher, Jesse first confirmed his relationship with Lacy in May 2024, about six months after Michelle told Jesse she wanted a divorce in October 2023. Michelle and Jesse went on to announce their split publicly in March 2024, right before The Valley Season 1 premiered.

Are Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei divorced?
Michelle and Jesse shared in October 2025 that they agreed to a divorce settlement.
“I’m grateful we reached an agreement and we can both start a new chapter in our lives,” Michelle told Us Weekly at the time, and referenced her daughter with Jesse. “Our number one priority has always been Isabella, and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her.”
“Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce,” Jesse added. “We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”
What to expect for Michelle Saniei, Jesse Lally, and Lacy Nicole during The Valley Season 3
Although Jesse and Michelle are now moving forward in their divorce, it was an ongoing issue during The Valley Season 3. The trailer shows a moment in which Michelle pleads with Jesse, “Divorce me, please!” Jesse later accuses Michelle of being “performative” at a group gathering.
Season 3 will also mark Lacy’s Bravo debut. Jesse’s bio for the new season notes: “Jesse is all-in with his girlfriend, Lacy, a socialite from Orange County, and is thrilled to finally have her be a part of the friend group.”
But, it also hints at drama ahead: “When Michelle and Lacy butt heads, [Jesse] finds himself squarely at the center of their drama.”

For Michelle’s part, the trailer teases a rumored romantic spark between her and Vanderpump Rules alum Tom Schwartz. (Michelle ended her relationship with boyfriend Aaron Nosler in July 2025.) The trailer shows Schwartz calling Michelle “gorgeous,” while later some of their friends predict the two are “gonna kiss.” Additionally, Lala jokingly suggests a “threesome,” as she and Schwartz lounge in bed with Michelle.
