Dorit Kemsley is sharing her thoughts on Erika Jayne’s new relationship with her boyfriend, John McPhee. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member had previously opened up about her relationship with cast member Kyle Richards, which left Dorit a bit confused. Dorit appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Thursday, Jan. 15, where she admitted that she was hurt by Erika opening up to Kyle about the relationship, instead of going to her.
“You know, when I heard that I felt like, ‘Oh geez. Why didn’t she tell me?'” she recalled, adding, “But, I guess it is what it is.”
When the news of Erika’s relationship broke during RHOBH Season 15, Episode 4, Dorit revealed, in a confessional, that the relationship came as a shock to her. “Erika’s one of my closest friends,” she said. “Yet, she didn’t tell me, or Kyle, about this new man that she’s dating. It’s hurtful, yes, but Erika does things in her own way, and we just accept it.”
Kyle, on the other hand, admitted in her own confessional that she had known about the relationship. “Well, I already knew about this guy,” she noted.

Erika elaborated on Kyle knowing about the relationship at BravoCon 2025 during the Livin’ in Beverly Hills panel on Nov. 14. The “XXPEN$IVE” singer teased that viewers would get to know more about her relationship during RHOBH Season 15. “So I started dating someone in June, and we had a FaceTime call,” she said back in November. “And Kyle was actually the first person that I shared this with.”
Erika continued, noting that she was not rushing into her relationship. “It’s slow. And I think that’s the right thing to do,” she said. “Just slow.”

Would Erika Jayne get engaged again?
Erika appeared on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show after RHOBH Season 15, Episode 4, where she admitted that she was unsure about getting engaged and marrying again in the wake of her divorce from her ex, Tom Girardi. “No, I don’t think so,” the DJ revealed. “I’m still married…I don’t know…I don’t want to give anybody these problems, does that make sense?”
But, Kyle revealed that Erika could do it, if she wanted to. “If she were to want it, I’d think she’d have no problem finding a husband,” Kyle stated during the After Show.

Dorit and Erika reunited in August with RHOBH alum, Lisa Rinna, where they all snapped a photo together, giving a look inside of their friendship today. But, during the Livin’ in Beverly Hills panel at BravoCon 2025, Erika admitted that things become tense between her and Dorit throughout Season 15.
“You know, it came out of left field. It was very surprising. Shocking,” Erika explained. “I love Dorit, I lost it on Dorit. That’s the way it happened.”
