Dr. Nicole Martin, her fiancé, Anthony Lopez, and their two children are moving! The Real Housewives of Miami alum reportedly sold her Coral Gables, waterfront estate to UK pop star, Robbie Williams, according to The New York Post. The waterfront property was sold in an off-market deal for $40 million, with an extra $5 million for furnishings, according to the publication.
It is unclear where Nicole and Anthony will be moving next. However, Robbie has big plans for the 19,380-square-foot estate, which boasts a 75-foot dock and offers waterfront views from three sides of the home.
Robbie and his developer reportedly will be expanding the property, adding between “2,500 and 3,000 square feet,” including a 2,000-square-foot guest pavilion that could be used as a recording studio for the touring musician. The home already has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and an 18-car garage.
Nicole Martin opens up about her Coral Gables home
Nicole previously allowed BravoTV.com inside the home for a tour, where she showed off one of her favorite parts of the estate — the entryway. “I love the entryway to our home,” she explained, as seen in the video above. “One of the things I love about it are these beautiful arches.”

“It was really important for us when we remodeled the house, was to try and incorporate those more traditional, Mediterranean-style aspects, and I think these arches are just absolutely stunning,” she noted.
Inside Nicole Martin’s remodel of her house in Coral Gables
Before selling, Nicole and Anthony remodeled the home. During RHOM Season 6, Episode 10, Anthony took Nicole through the house that was in the process of being renovated. “When you said it was moving fast, this is so fast,” Nicole told Anthony during the episode.
“It just feels so much more open, and I’m really excited because I can start to see the future vision,” she noted during a confessional in the episode.

She continued during the episode, noting how she and Anthony take on their home renovations together. “Anthony and I have a very good balance when it comes to how we do homes,” she explained in another confessional. “Anthony is like a control freak. I get overwhelmed if there’s too many choices. So he will go and narrow decisions down to about three or four options and then present those three or four options to me. He starts the process and then we kind of finish them together.”
During her tour, Nicole explained their approach to the remodel of their home. “When we remodeled, we wanted things to kind of look a little unfinished, so these are marble tiles that we procured from a church in Europe. And I actually love that we left them unfinished,” she explained. “You know, they’ve got imperfections, you can see some of the old rust stains, we did grout them. And I think it gives the house a lot of charm and character.”
