The man injured in a DUI crash with former soap star Haley Pullos last year has amended his lawsuit against her to include the owners of a Pasadena lounge where she was working.
Pullos was charged with driving under the influence after the April 29, 2023, crash that sent Courtney Wilder to the hospital for emergency surgery.
As CrimeOnline reported, firefighters had to free Pullos from her car and assist her into an ambulance. At one point, a firefighter was checking Pullos’ injuries when she struck them and shouted, “This is a $400 f**king shirt!”
According to UK tabloid The Daily Mail, Pullos — who appeared in the daytime soap “General Hospital — was working as a hostess at the No Comment lounge on the night of the crash. Wilder accuses the bar of plying her with alcohol and then allowing her to drive home.
Pullos, 25, “was encouraged by the owner of the No Comment Lounge to drink with the parties she was hosting,” court documents say.
Wilder, 23, is also suing the State of California Transportation Department on a claim that the road where the accident happened is in “dangerous condition.” He is seeking cash damages from all the parties for “negligence.”
Police said Pullos hit Wilder’s vehicle while traveling at 60 mph after she swerved and soared over the highway divider into oncoming traffic. Officers found mini bottles of tequila and marijuana edibles in the car, RadarOnline reported.
Pullos has been charged with DUI causing injury, driving with a .08 blood alcohol content or higher, and a misdemeanor hit-and-run for a crash that happened before the collision with Wilder.
