When cameras weren’t rolling, someone apparently really made a stink about Heather Dubrow’s sleepover with Emily Simpson and Gretchen Rossi on The Real Housewives of Orange County.
As the chic Beverly Hills slumber party kicked off on Season 19, Episode 10, Emily revealed on The Real Housewives of Orange County After Show that running into a “totally coincidental paparazzo” wasn’t the trio’s only unexpected encounter while strolling the iconic Rodeo Drive fashion mecca near Heather’s Los Angeles penthouse.
“We also got farted on,” Emily told Tamra Judge and Gina Kirschenheiter in the above clip, before erupting in laughter. “It went from, like, Rodeo, paparazzi to literally a man walked up to us, stopped in front of us, and farted.”
Joking that her castmates got “crop-dusted” on Rodeo Drive, Tamra dubbed the man’s flatulence a “fancy fart,” while Gina playfully chimed in, “That’s ballsy, farting on Dubrow’s party.”

As for the Rodeo Drive paparazzo who “vindicated” Heather from past accusations that she tips off photographers, Gretchen and Emily both joked about the convenient timing of them bumping into the shutterbug on the sidewalk.
“I feel like things just work out for Heather like that,” Emily quipped. “I mean, I’m surprised, like, a private jet didn’t just land next to us…”
Heather, for her part, described feeling “so excited,” prior to quickly realizing that her two guests might be skeptical of the run-in’s coincidental nature: “Two seconds in, I thought, ‘Oh great, they’re gonna say I called the paparazzi to meet me at the corner.'”

Those weren’t the only unaired thoughts the ladies had about Heather’s first sleepover since she was 10 years old, either. In a separate RHOC After Show clip, Emily further described the girls’ night to Tamra and Gina, who were on their own mini getaway in Temecula, Calif., with Shannon Storms Beador and Jennifer Pedranti, at the time.
“Well, a sleepover at Heather’s penthouse is very fancy,” Emily remarked. “Everything is monogrammed, and you get, like, your own fluffy bed with twinkle lights. And there’s food.”
Indeed, Heather had hired a “sleepover consultant” to help ready her L.A. home with such treats as an elaborate candy bar and charcuterie boards, paired, of course, with champagne — delivered by a “hot” dedicated “sleepover butler,” no less.

“I didn’t know he was the butler,” Emily joked. “I thought she just bought some hot guy. He was just there.”
Gretchen, for her part, dubbed it “one of the best slumber parties I’ve ever been to in my life,” revealing how she thanked Heather for hosting, afterward.
“I sent her flowers the next day because I had so much fun,” the Season 19 friend shared. “I know Heather. Like, she goes above and beyond. I just wanted her to know that I recognize that, and I appreciate it, because I know that she did something to make it special for us.”

Of course, every good sleepover also typically includes a juicy gossip sesh, and Heather’s certainly had that, too. In one instance, Emily and Gretchen brought up the precarious status of Jenn and Tamra’s friendship, and Heather gently defended the latter.
“Heather just admitted that she’s scared of Tamra,” Gretchen declared in a confessional. “So, she’s gonna make excuses all day, like, ‘I don’t wanna litigate your guys relationship.’ … She’ll litigate everybody else’s issues in the group, but when it comes to Tamra, it’s all fine, it’s all good. She’ll look the other way.”
Afterward, the trio headed out for dinner, where Emily directly told Heather, “Jenn asked me if I thought that you just pacify Tamra ’cause you’re scared of her.”
Heather asked what her response was, to which Emily answered, “I don’t remember, but I think I might’ve said that I thought maybe you did.” (A flashback confirmed that Emily told Jenn, “Heather pacifies Tamra because she doesn’t wanna get into it with her because she cannot deal with Tamra’s aggressiveness.”)
“First of all, Jenn’s statement is bulls–t,” Heather fired back, referencing her and Tamra’s recent sitdown. “Everything happened in New Orleans, and then we met. I was trying to explain I felt thrown away. I was like, ‘What the f–k just happened?'”
That’s when Emily pointed out that Heather did admit that she was “scared of” Tamra during the lie-detector test at her Persian New Year party.
“When they asked me, ‘Are you scared of her?’ my brain went, ‘Yeah,’ because that was scary,” Heather explained. “I’ve gotten over that.”
As she elaborated to a producer, “I’m so tired of hearing that I’m scared of Tamra. I am the only person who told her how upset I was after New Orleans. The rest of this group, oh, they’re all bark. … Who’s scared? It’s only you.”
