Self-taught barber Edwards, owner of HD Cutz in Battersea, has been cutting hair in London since he moved to the UK with his mother and brother from their native Jamaica in 1998.

Raheem Sterling Family 

The 27 years old footballer was born in Kingston, Jamaica, to his parents on December 8, 1994.

Raheem’s mother, Nadine Clarke, was a former competitive athlete in the Jamaican national athletics team, credited for her unique running style.

At 5, his Father, Phillip Slayter, was brutally murdered in 1996 in a shooting in Jamaica. Following his Father’s death, he immigrated to Neasden, London, with his mother, and due to his behavioural problems, Sterling spent three years at Vernon House, a specialist school in Neasden.

In July 2015, following a lengthy dispute over a new contract, he was signed by Manchester City in a transfer potentially worth £49 million, the highest transfer fee ever paid for an English player at the time.

Later, the English midfielder went on to help Manchester City win back-to-back Premier League titles in the 2017–18 and 2018–19 seasons.
