Erika Jayne finally set the record straight about her flirty encounter with Summer House’s Jesse Solomon.
Hookup rumors began swirling last month after the two were photographed at a private cocktail party in New York City. An anonymous insider told People magazine that Jesse and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member first met when they attended a rehearsal for the NBCUniversal Upfronts presentation on May 12. The source claimed the pair immediately hit it off and eventually “hooked up” after Jesse’s May 14 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
Many people, including Summer House’s Amanda Batula, suspected the whispers were true, as Erika had not publicly addressed the purported hookup. But that all changed during the June 13 episode of Diamonds in the Rough, Erika’s podcast series with RHOBH alum Teddi Mellencamp.

“I guess you allegedly made out with Jesse,” Teddi told her co-host.
“First of all, no, the alleged hookup would have taken place, they said, at Watch What Happens Live in New York City after Upfronts,” Erika said. “I was at home. But here’s the thing: Was I flirting with two men [at Upfronts]? The answer is, yes, I was. Would I have preferred to take two home instead of one? Yeah.”

Erika revealed that the second man was Jesse’s castmate Carl Radke, who was also photographed with Erika in New York City.
“Oh, I love both of them,” Teddi said about the Summer House men. “OK, so you have to pick one.”
“I can’t,” Erika replied. “But my point is… for once in a decade, I actually talked to people that we work with, because I’m such a bitch every other time. You know me. But I’m trying to do more social things.”
While there was no “hookup,” Erika said she thought Jesse and Carl were both easy on the eyes.
“They’re both cute, but the taller one is cuter,” she continued. “I wish I had something exciting to tell you, but I don’t.”
It’s unclear which of the Hamptons Housemates Erika thought was more attractive, as they both stand 6 feet, 5 inches tall.

Erika shed more light on her romantic life in a January interview with The Daily Dish. The mother of one, who has yet to finalize her divorce from Tom Girardi, said she had spent time focusing on self-care and was at a stage where she was ready to date again.
“I have done a lot of work on myself and pulling myself together, rebuilding my life,” she said. “[It’s] a time to be open and to have fun.”
