Don’t bet it all on blonde because the oft-platinum Erika Jayne is no stranger to changing her hair’s hue. In fact, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member has embraced pink hair on many occasions over the years and it had everyone talking.
That was the case back in RHOBH Season 7. Few will forget Erika’s striking, long, and curly cotton candy pink hair at Lisa Vanderpump’s Diamonds and Rosé party. The Vanderpump Rules boss herself remarked that her guest “fit in perfectly” with the new shade (Lisa’s favorite, as fans well know). Continued Lisa, “I love it. I think everybody would look better with pink hair.”
Camille Grammar noted that only Erika could pull it off.
“Wow, Erika’s hair,” Dorit said in her confessional. “You ain’t gonna miss it.”
But Erika has flaunted many unmissable looks over the years, including edgy, chic bobs, pixie cuts, and even full-blown jet black hair.
After all, Erika knows that color is essential. As she told Bravo’s The Daily Dish in 2017, “Blonde is hard because it’s all about who does your color. One person does my color. And when you find that person that works for you, stay there. It’s when you start moving around, and you start having too many people on your head that your hair starts to break, and your color starts to look crazy.”

Erika Jayne wears a hot pink wig during the RHOBH Season 8 trip to Tokyo
Erika served up another blush hair look in Tokyo when she wore a pink wig that earned Lisa Rinna’s praise in Season 8, Episode 4. She topped the look with “old-school” thigh-high boots by Gucci and an Alexander McQueen dress, featuring a black cape-style ensemble with pink lining.

“Tokyo, this is the place where you can have absolute fun,” Erika said in the episode. “There’s no rules here. So, in Erika Jayne-Land, it’s perfect.”
When later posting the look on Instagram, she credited Clyde Haygood — the celeb hairstylist behind Erika’s festive and magical Christmas braid — for her “Tokyo tresses.”

Erika swept fans off their feet when she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January 2019. There, she sported an uber-long ponytail that reached her knees, featuring a little pastel-pink ombre starting near the roots and lightening as it went.

For added effect, the Barbie-esque look was matched only by a pale pink minidress by Versace. “I think it’s fall collection, but I’m just getting around to wearing it,” she told Andy Cohen in the episode. She accessorized the ensemble with large, gold hoop earrings.
When Erika announced her luxury line of hair extensions in 2021, she said this about her hair: “Beautiful hair immediately makes me feel pretty and as if I can take on the world! Nothing is quite as powerful as a luscious mane of hair.”
After the 2022 New Year, while promoting Pretty Mess Hair, the Housewife told New Beauty, Marilyn Monroe had long inspired her, but she wasn’t the only one. Erika told the outlet that, growing up in Georgia, her first beauty-related memory was, “Watching my grandmother get herself ready for the day. I was always in awe of her attention to detail. She had gorgeous hair and would take great care of it.”

The pink made a huge comeback when the “XXPEN$IVE” entertainer came to the RHOBH Season 14 confessional with the bottom of her icy-blonde hair seemingly dipped in hot pink.
In January, Erika tackled the style when ranking her favorite RHOBH looks on Instagram on a scale from one to 10, saying, “Oh, I liked this one; I love the pink in the hair. It’s hard to wear white and pull it off, but it turned out an eight.”
