Erika Jayne has reached her limit with Dorit Kemsley on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
A new preview from Season 15, Episode 16 (airing on Thursday, April 2, at 8 p.m. ET/PT) picks back up with the group’s tense dinner in Pistoia, Italy. Though Dorit and Kyle Richards had been fiercely going toe to toe when viewers last saw the diamond holders, Erika has since entered the fray.
In the clip, Erika shares her personal observation that Dorit seems “really guarded” and “defensive” before asking, “Do you not see that this group of friends supports you?”
When Bozoma Saint John chimes in to ask Dorit how they might better support her, Erika interjects that she apparently wants them all to bring their concerns “to her face,” rather than discuss them behind her back. Boz, meanwhile, suggests “that’s not enough,” prompting Erika to shoot back, “Well, that’s what she just said many times all day today.”

Speaking for herself, Dorit declares that Boz has shown her “more support than everyone put together” in the group over the past year, leaving both Kyle and Erika stunned.
“Mother f–ker. Really?” Erika reacts in a confessional. “I am beyond mad. And, like, are you forgetting history?”
Following a series of past RHOBH clips illustrating how Erika’s had Dorit’s back over the years, she concludes, “I have respected the fact that Dorit has not been in a great place. She’s been overwhelmed. She’s at her absolute limit. But there are limits to my patience.”
What sparked Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley’s drama on RHOBH
Earlier the same day, Kyle and Erika had attempted to get to the bottom of Dorit’s so-called “erratic” behavior, during a scenic gelato outing. From their perspective, what was most concerning was that Dorit had consistently been late for group events, was overspending on shopping trips, and seemed more interested in texting than engaging with the group amid her contentious divorce from Paul “PK” Kemsley.
However, Kyle and Dorit’s fractured friendship quickly moved to the forefront of the discussion, effectively relegating Erika to more of a spectator role. Eventually, Erika began to chime in as the conversation grew more heated, however, at which point Dorit called her out for “interjecting” in something that involved only her and Kyle.

As Erika immediately made clear, however, she “never” intended to “stop talking.” After going back and forth some more, Dorit suggested they just end the outing altogether. When Erika insisted that she wasn’t “going anywhere,” Dorit clapped back, “Well, I am. Go f–k yourselves,” leaving her and Kyle behind to find their own transportation back to Villa Bibbiani.
The two eventually secured their own vehicle and during the ride, Erika said Dorit was “being unreasonable,” before adding, “Everybody had better come correct and tell her exactly what they’ve been saying.”
On a more hopeful note, Erika began to remark, “I want what’s good for her and I love her,” but the distraction of a critter apparently crawling around the van effectively ended her and Kyle’s debrief on the matter. Â
Where Erika Jayne and Dorit Kemsley’s friendship stands after RHOBH Season 15
On The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show for Episode 15, Dorit opined that Erika “got pulled to the dark side” by Kyle. Erika, for her part, commented on how Dorit had “turned on” her in Italy.
“I care for Dorit. I want a friendship with Dorit,” Erika added. “But there are limits. And this is my limit with that. Like, you can’t tell me to be quiet and s–t like that. Like, no.”
After filming wrapped, Kyle revealed during a December 2025 appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen that she and Erika were “not speaking to Dorit, and vice versa,” citing a “very big blowout” on a cast trip.
More recently, Erika spoke to Access Hollywood’s Housewives Nightcap on March 26, at which point she admitted that she and Dorit were unable to repair their friendship during the RHOBH Season 15 reunion. “We don’t speak,” Erika said. “Nothing got resolved… but I said it wouldn’t.”
However, when the outlet asked if Erika would be open to having a friendship with Dorit in the future, she answered, “Of course!”
