Eva Marcille and Mike Sterling are still going strong. The former shared a peek at the revived romance on December 25, more than five months after confirming her reconciliation with Mike. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum posted a series of family photos in which she and her ex-husband posed outside with their three kids: sons Mikey Jr. and Maverick Sterling and Eva’s daughter, Marley Rae, whom Michael adopted in 2019.
“Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays from The Sterlings,” she captioned the carousel.

Fans got a closer look at the Sterlings’ new chapter in a subsequent Instagram post documenting their holiday dinner. Eva shared pictures of the family standing at a restaurant entrance, followed by several photos of her boys sitting in a booth, and a cute snap of Marley holding a to-go bag.
“It’s a Sterling Holiday!” Eva wrote. “Merry Christmas from me and mine to you and yours.”

As of press time, the latter post had received more than 21,000 “likes” and hundreds of comments, many of which applauded Eva and Mike for giving their relationship another chance.

Eva and Mike tied the knot in October 2018, roughly two years after they began dating and about five months after welcoming Mikey Jr. The couple expanded their family the following year, when Eva gave birth to Maverick.
The former Housewife spoke about her growing family in a June 2019 interview with Extra, saying her firstborn, Marley, had mixed feelings about having another brother.
“She already is a good big sister,” Eva told the outlet. “When she realized that her little brother was also going to be a big brother, she was stressed out. She was like, ‘No, I’m the big one.’ I was like, ‘Sweetheart, you’re the biggest! You’re gonna keep this train going.’”
She continued: “Life is good. I can say life is good. And it’s great because life isn’t always as good… I’ve had my valleys.”

In March 2023, Eva announced she and Mike were getting a divorce. The Los Angeles native dropped the news in a statement to People magazine, describing her filing as “one of the hardest decisions” she’s ever had to make.
“Sometimes life takes your journey in a direction you were not expecting,” she explained. “Our children remain our biggest priority and the eight and a half years we have spent together will always be cherished. We ask that you respect our privacy at this time.”

The couple’s divorce was finalized several months later.

Fast-forward to early July 2025, when Eva began teasing her reconciliation with Mike. She posted a video of herself and her ex looking quite cozy at the annual EssenceFest in New Orleans.
“Happy Essence,” Eva said in the Reel, before placing her head on Mike’s shoulder.
She captioned the post with, “I’m floating… soft launch,” essentially confirming she and Mike were back together.
Eva shed more light on the rekindled relationship in a September red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight.
“Life’s a journey… My intention when marrying him was to be with him forever,” she said. And as we go through the ups and downs of life, no matter what it looks like, he is my forever. He is and always will be my forever.”
