Fredrik Eklund has fully embraced the “health is wealth” mantra.
Whether he’s detailing his strict workout routine or decision to give up alcohol, the Million Dollar Listing New York alum has been quite open about his wellness journey and overall goals for self-improvement. Fredrik continued that transparency earlier this week when he stopped by Neios Miami, a state-of-the-art clinic specializing in biologic treatments.

“Looks scary perhaps but really awesome!” he captioned the Instagram Story. “Early this am I got 40 million Stemcells and a few billion of exosoms, plus cleaning blood ozone that kills bacteria, mold, toxins, metals etc.”
The photo showed Fredrik relaxing in a leather recliner as he completed the non-surgical treatments. It’s unclear what service he was receiving at the time, but Fredrik was all smiles as he sat beside medical machinery with a tube connected to each of his arms.
“Health is wealth,” he continued, “and this is resetting your entire body and brain for longevity!”
How Fredrik Eklund stays in shape while building his business
Although he’s always been a fitness buff, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles alum upped his exercise regimen in 2024 and has shared regular updates on his physical transformation. Back in November, Fredrik posted a shirtless selfie during a beach run and declared he was taking “mini-steps” to get back into shape. Fast-forward to late February, when the father of two announced he had reached his bodyweight goal.
“Finally got over 200 pounds of muscle,” he wrote in the Story.
In addition to his health journey, Fredrik has remained quite busy growing his real estate empire. The Swedish-born entrepreneur recently celebrated major career wins, including an exciting development in the U.K. and “$44,000,000 in new deals at the Ritz-Carlton Residences” in South Beach. “These 3 new contracts are going out as we speak,” he said about the latter. “I’m so jealous of these buyers, and happy for the entire team selling what now must be Miami Beach’s fastest selling project.”

But make no mistake, Fredrik also understands the importance of a healthy work-life balance. In between his lucrative business deals, the real estate mogul is creating memories with husband, Derek Kaplan, and their 7-year-old twins, Milla and Freddy. The family recently traveled to Derek’s home country of Africa, where they went on safari, visited the Nairobi Giraffe Manor, and enjoyed relaxing days on the beach.
Fredrik reflected on the getaway in a March 29 Instagram post celebrating Derek’s birthday.
“It was important for me to bring you back to Africa for your birthday. And have the kids learn about your roots,” he wrote in the caption. “Thanks for keeping me young and giving me everything I ever dreamed of but didn’t believe I was worthy of.”
