The Below Deck Mediterranean mom returned to Instagram on Thursday (July 25) to celebrate another milestone for her and Nathan Gallagher’s newborn son. Gael confirmed the baby boy had officially turned 4 weeks old, proving that time really does fly once kids enter the picture.
“How has it already been one month?” she wrote in a Story. “I wish I could stay in this bubble with you forever baby boy.”

Gael also shared an Instagram Reel that documented her first few weeks as a new mom. The montage included shots of her post-labor hospital stay, cozy moments at home, and a candlelit cake for her son’s 4-week milestone.
“I accidentally blinked… and just like that, you’re one month old,” she captioned the video. “You are the best part of us. Made from love, wrapped in love, and forever loved. My perfect little boy.”
