Galyna Saltkovska is sharing a new message for Steven McBee Sr. while he serves out his sentence in federal prison. The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys businesswoman’s ex-boyfriend, Steven Sr., was sentenced to two years in federal prison in October 2025, and now she is giving a look into where they stand today.
Galyna took to Instagram on March 7, where she posted a tribute to Steve Sr. on his birthday. She shared a series of photos of Steve Sr. hanging out at one of his carwashes, sitting down to dinner, getting frozen yogurt, making coffee, carving a ham, hanging out with his sons, and smiling alongside her. She then took to the caption of the post, where she penned some super sweet words to Steve Sr. during his time away and wished him a happy birthday.
“Thank you for your friendship, for the memories we’ve made, and for believing in me when nobody else did. I’ll always be grateful for the chance you gave me and the trust you showed,” she wrote. “This is just a chapter, not the whole story. We’ll be seeing you back soon, and I’m looking forward to all of the future adventures ahead of us — in business and in friendship.”
“Stay strong. We’ve got to make more memories,” she concluded.

Steve spoke to PEOPLE in November 2025 ahead of reporting for his prison sentence, where he revealed that he’s grateful for the people who work for him. This includes Galyna, who is not only Steve’s ex but is the CFO of McBee Farm & Cattle Co.
“I literally have the best team of people I’ve ever had around me, and they are genuinely the highest character people I’ve ever had work for me,” he explained. “So, I feel really good that things are going to move along smoothly and even grow while I’m gone. We just had a meeting with everybody, and I told them that sometimes, when the leader goes away, it allows everyone to really flourish on who they are instead of them second guessing. I’m OK with them making mistakes, too, as long as they’re trying.”

Inside Steven McBee Sr.’s life in federal prison: details
One of Steven Sr.’s sons, Cole McBee, took over his Instagram page in December, where he shared the first update from Steve Sr. while he’s serving his sentence in prison. In the video, Cole, alongside his wife, reads a statement from Steve Sr., painting a picture of his day-to-day life in prison.
“He’s doing as well as he could be expected under the current circumstances as he gets adjusted to life in federal prison,” Cole said, referring to a note in his hands. “He just started receiving mail due to the fact that the prison has to scan and copy everything prior to him receiving it to ensure it doesn’t have no drugs on it. He has been very busy between classes and working at the rec center until about 8 p.m. every evening. By the time he showers and eats, he only has about an hour before the 10 p.m. count and lights out. But, he does read every single letter and said he looks forward to it every single night.”
