The nurse practitioner popped up during Episode 2 when Dr. Simone Whitmore and Toya Bush-Harris stopped by her med spa in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood for some self-care treatments.

Though the trio’s interactions were nothing but warm and friendly, Brandi’s bio for Season 12 teased that she “keeps the group in check by reading the ladies when necessary.”

In an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish, Brandi further previewed what viewers can expect from her this season.

“I typically come in high energy,” she explained. “I’m normally a girls’ girl, but I’m a true Gemini. So, I have two sides: I’m nice when you’re nice to me, and when you aren’t, you know, you get that other side. You get the true Gemini in me.”

As she settles in with her new Married to Med castmates, here’s everything else to know about Brandi.

Inside Brandi Milton’s connections to the Married to Medicine cast

Brandi shared in her interview that she “formed true friendships” as soon as she joined the cast.

“We didn’t have these longstanding relationships,” she elaborated. “I was a true newbie. Coming in, I really got to know everybody, genuinely, from zero.”

Brandi named Toya and Dr. Simone as the two ladies she “clicked with the most,” however.

“Toya’s my girl,” she added. “And Simone has been amazing. She calls me little sis; I call her big sis. So, she gives me all the advice. Love them.”

Brandi’s “most surprising” Married to Med connection: Dr. Contessa Metcalfe.

“At first, I didn’t know,” she admitted. “I met her and I was like, ‘Oh, OK, Contessa!’ I liked her. I liked her. We’ve even gone back and forth, had a little drama, but I still love her.”

During Married to Med‘s Dec. 7 episode, Brandi also revealed that she previously worked for Dr. Heavenly Kimes’ husband, Dr. Damon Kimes at his Atlanta-area practice. “So, hands down, he always gets props in my book,” she said.

Details on Brandi Milton’s career and education

Born and raised in Greensboro, N.C., Brandi earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a bachelor’s in nursing from Winston-Salem State University’s Accelerated Nursing Program, according to her BravoTV.com bio. She later earned a master’s degree in nursing as a family nurse practitioner from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

“I am a board-certified family nurse practitioner in psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner,” Brandi said while describing her career to The Daily Dish. “I’ve been a nurse practitioner for about 15 years, and I own an aesthetics and wellness practice in Buckhead.”

She listed the services offered at her med spa, Conqr Aesthetics and Wellness, as including Botox, fillers, facials, chemical peels, and microneedling.

As Brandi put it, “We do all the things … Anything that’s gonna make you feel good on the inside and the outside.”

Meet Brandi Milton’s husband and children

Brandi also revealed that she’s known her husband of 10 years, Chamar Milton, since middle school, but they didn’t begin dating until college.

“I wasn’t thinking about him,” she joked. “We went to [college] about an hour apart from each other. And we randomly saw each other, I think in the summer, like at a store or something. And he asked me out. We went out and ever since then, we were kind of inseparable.”

Brandi and Chamar, who works as a regional manager in medical device sales, also have three companies together, including an aesthetics business and a consulting business, in addition to their various real estate investments.

“He is my life partner and my business partner, and pretty much I couldn’t live without him,” she gushed, describing her husband as “really charismatic,” “funny,” and “low key.”

The couple relocated from North Carolina to Atlanta, and they are now parents to four children: Cody, Aria, Emery, and Max.

Per Brandi’s Married to Med bio, she’s “a true sports mom” who “spends much of her free time cheering from the sidelines at travel baseball tournaments, basketball games, and gymnastics meets.”

Now that she’s officially made her debut, get a sneak peek at what’s ahead for Brandi on Married to Medicine Season 12.
