2025 has brought many exciting changes for Gia Giudice. She’s landed multiple TV jobs, launched her very own podcast, and secured a stunning home in Jersey City. The Next Gen NYC cast member maintained that momentum earlier this week, when she announced a major development in her burgeoning career.
Gia Giudice signs with CAA talent agency: “Dream come true”
On Monday, December 1, Gia confirmed she had inked a deal with CAA (Creative Artists Agency), a leading U.S. talent agency representing some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment; we’re talking everyone from Ariana Grande and Margot Robbie to Jonthan Bailey and Gwenyth Paltrow to Magic Johnson and Jimmy Fallon.
“Signing with CAA is a dream come true and the beginning of a brand-new chapter in my life,” Gia said in the announcement. “I’ve spent years growing up on camera, but this moment is about taking ownership of my story and building something of my own, as a host, creator, and entrepreneur.”

According to Deadline, the CAA team will help Gia get brand partnerships, strategic collaborations, and on-camera gigs. Emily Blair Media will continue to handle her publicity.
Gia’s fans, friends, and family immediately flooded the announcement with congratulatory messages.
“Proud of you always, Gia,” her dad, Joe Giudice, wrote. “This is just the beginning — keep shining.”
Her little sister Milania Giudice left a series of flame emojis, while her Next Gen NYC castmate Brooks Marks simply commented, “slayyyyy.”
Gia Giudice hits 1 million followers on Instagram
Shortly after announcing the CAA deal, Gia returned to Instagram to celebrate an impressive social media milestone. She posted a screenshot of her official Instagram page, revealing she had just hit 1 million followers.
“Feeling so blessed,” she wrote in a subsequent Story. “I love you all so so much.”
Teresa Giudice applauds Gia Giudice’s recent victory
Gia shared the news just days after she won Season 4 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test, a reality competition series in which celebrities endure military-style challenges. This year’s cast included The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright, The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Eva Marcille, and Gia’s mom, The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice.

“Watching you become one of only two people to complete the Special Forces course has been one of the proudest moments of my life,” Teresa told Gia in a November 21 Instagram post. “Your strength, determination, grit, and grace carried you through every challenge they put in front of you. You showed the world what I’ve always known, you are powerful, you are resilient, and when you set your mind to something, nothing can stop you.”
Gia Giudice puts her law school plans on the back burner
After receiving her criminal justice degree from Rutgers University in 2023, Gia began preparing for law school admissions. But she ultimately shelved those plans as her influencer career began taking off.
“Starting to become more active on social media did not deter my love for the law, but it did deter my focus to becoming a lawyer,” she said in a March episode of her Casual Chaos podcast. “If my heart was fully set on becoming a lawyer, I would have had to give up social media, give up everything I was doing, and honestly give up the money coming in. I’m just being real with you. So at that point, I was like, ‘Am I really going to stop all of this right now?'”
