Before she was on Next Gen NYC and working very hard on her career as an influencer, Gia Giudice was living her best life as a college student and thriving as a member of a sorority on campus.
Teresa Giudice’s daughter graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice in May 2023. But during her four years away at college, Gia was heavily involved in her studies and extra-curricular activities, including Greek life. Gia was a member of the sorority, Zeta Tau Alpha, or ZTA, throughout all four years of college, after she went through formal recruitment her freshman year. The Real Housewives of New Jersey daughter recently took to her Instagram Story, where she gave a look inside of her life as a sorority girl.
In the series of photos, Gia can be seen standing outside of her sorority house in New Jersey, wearing a black and white outfit. She also posted a photo standing outside near a local haunt, as well as a photo of her and a group of friends. “I graduated from Rutgers University two years ago and was part of Greek life all four years — it was such a huge part of my college experience!” she wrote over one photo. “I rushed second semester my freshman year, and, honestly, it was one of the best decisions I ever made.”
Inside Teresa Giudice’s daughter Gia’s sorority-related career move
Gia hasn’t strayed too far from her involvement in Greek life, as she is now the co-host of the podcast, Dirty Rush: The Truth About Sorority Life. Gia hosts the podcast alongside RHONJ‘s Jenn Fessler and influencer, Daisy Kent, where they discuss the “wild, scandalous, and sometimes messy world of sorority life and sisterhood.”

Gia Giudice shares why she picked her sorority at Rutgers University
During the first episode of the podcast, Gia revealed why she wanted to pledge ZTA. “At the end of the day, because of who I was and who my family was, I chose ZTA because people knew me from home and that sorority,” she explained.

“I felt like a sense of comfort,” she continued. “And I was like, ‘OK, people from my hometown are here.’ My best friend ended up becoming my Big… But I think I just felt more comfortable and kind of protected in a way. I don’t know. And I was also so nervous in college to just have fake friends.”
