Lighting candles, chopping pillows — and squeezing stress balls. Gina Kirschenheiter and her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, gave a new peek into their life as luxury real estate agents during Season 19, Episode 4 of The Real Housewives of Orange County, and Gina didn’t hold back on the couple’s recent successes.

“Travis and I freaking crushed it in real estate last year,” Gina shared during the July 31 episode. “We closed about $10 million worth of business, and we launched our own team called The Gated Group, and we are rocking and rolling.”

Still, Gina was fretting about attendance at the open house she and Travis were hosting at the time.

“Alright, I’m, like, getting a little antsy,”she told Travis. “I want it to be busy, you know?”

He answered with a metaphor: “It’ll sell when it’s ready to sell. It’s like fishing.”

However, she reminded him, “Yeah, but like, you catch more with a net than like a rod. We need to be all net, baby.”

Details on Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen’s new real estate team

Gina first shared she and Travis were joining forces and expanding into luxury housing markets in Orange County in December 2024. They introduced “The Gated Group” with real estate brokerage eXp Realty. Now, the couple showed off some of their new “swag” for their business at their open house.

“The stress balls are such a good metaphor for the amount of de-stressing you need to do to make it through—to grow this business,” Gina confessed in the July 31 episode.

Open house clients seemed to approve of the little “touches” Gina and Travis added to the house, with one commenting: “It smells really nice in here. This home is beautiful.”

Tamra Judge was one of the people to stop by the open house.

“‘The Gated Group’ is your group. With your own team. And you have other people underneath you? Is that how it works?” she asked, and Gina responded, “We actually do, yeah.”

Gina shared their business was also expanding. “We have a new agent that came on board now and we actually are onboarding another agent in Texas right now,” she added.

When did Gina Kirschenheiter start her real estate career?

Gina first set out in her new career when she obtained her California real estate license in May 2023.

“Being able to provide for my children is my number one priority,” she wrote in the Instagram announcement.

During RHOC Season 17, she shared that she was joining forces with Travis for the new venture, and expanded on why her new career was so important to her.

“I have to figure out how I’m going to take care of my family,” she said, referencing her three kids and Travis’ three kids. “I have six mouths to feed, and I have to send them all to college, and I need to make as much money as I can now.”

Now on Season 19, she shared she’s finally started to feel success.

“I feel like for the first time in a long time I am able to kind of look up a little bit, and take a deep breath, and be like, ‘Wow, I am doing well,’” she confessed in the July 31 episode. “I’m happy and I’m thriving. I always get very scared though, to talk about it, because I still live in that place of, ‘The bottom’s going to fall out.’”

Gina Kirschenheiter and Travis Mullen face challenges in RHOC Season 19

Gina credited her partnership with Travis in business as part of the success of their personal relationship.

“The real estate is going really well, thankfully. We are a good team and we are a good unit,” she told The Daily Dish in an October 2024 interview. She added they “didn’t let any of [their] personal situation spill into [their] business.”

This comes as Travis and his children moved out of their shared home during RHOC Season 18, partly because of Travis’ ongoing tumultuous divorce. The couple then decided to move back in together while filming RHOC Season 19. Where are they now? Gina hints at trouble to come in the Season 19 trailer.

“Whenever Travis and I are happy, we pay for it,” she tells Shannon Storms Beador.

Don’t miss Gina’s exclusive BravoTV.com tour of her new house with Travis as she shares the traditions of their blended family.
