Gizelle Bryant wasn’t buying Angel Massie’s explanation about having to unexpectedly move her family back to Colorado on The Real Housewives of Potomac.
In fact, Gizelle was so sure that there was more to the story than a simple “miscommunication” about the end date of her castmate’s short-term rental agreement, as Angel claimed, that she even broke the fourth wall, not once, but twice during Season 10, Episode 11, while laying out her theories on the matter.
First, Tia Glover debriefed Gizelle on the situation in a phone call on her drive home from helping Angel pack some of her belongings at her rental home.
“OK, so wait. So, she just came here basically for the show?” Gizelle asked Tia on speakerphone.

Though Tia expressed doubt in that being the case and pointed out that both Angel and her husband, Bobby Massie, are originally from the DMV area, Gizelle remained unconvinced.
“But if you really plan to move back, you don’t get a short-term lease,” she continued. “Or maybe she doesn’t really like us like that. OK, this is kinda weird.”
Gizelle doubled down in a fourth wall-breaking confessional, alleging to a producer, “When she first started renting the house that she lives in, she didn’t give the lady the right timeframe, OK? She thought we’d be finished filming this show. But we not. We still filming. But the lady said, ‘You ain’t give me all of that time that you need. Now, you gots to go.'”
Why Gizelle Bryant claimed Angel Massie was “evicted” from her home
A bit later on RHOP‘s Dec. 14 episode, Gizelle spilled the tea about Angel’s move during a night out with Ashley Darby and Wendy Osefo.
“I’ve got something to say about Angel,” Gizelle told the pair. “I called Tia to invite her to our Cowboy Potomac party. … So, when I called Tia, Tia just left Angel’s house. Angel got kicked out of her house.”
As she added in a confessional, “Angel, you have been evicted. Didn’t you tell us you were top-tier WAG? This is not top-tier WAG. Look, where is Taylor Swift? She top-tier WAG.”

Wendy, meanwhile, chimed in with another rumor about Angel. She claimed that a realtor friend told her that Angel had been on the hunt for a rental house in Potomac that she needed to “look like it’s $50,000 a month,” but she was supposedly “only willing to pay” between $2,000 and $3,000 in monthly rent.
While Ashley questioned if Angel might be “broke,” Gizelle further theorized that “Bobby is over it.”
How Angel Massie responded to Gizelle Bryant and the RHOP cast’s accusations
After Angel and her family arrived late to Gizelle and Wendy’s cowboy-themed bash, the ladies brought up the fact that they’d heard she had only days to vacate her Maryland home.
“We’re used to moving. We’re an NFL family,” Angel explained, referencing Bobby’s former pro football career. “We had a short-term lease with this property originally, because we thought within a certain period of time, we’d find a house.”
When Stacey Rusch asked if Angel was still going to be living in Potomac or if she was going back to Colorado, where Bobby had most recently played for the Denver Broncos, she responded, “We’re gonna go back to Colorado and then get our stuff and pack up. And then, we’re just gonna be back and forth until we find a house that we love.”
Ashley, meanwhile, expressed doubt that Angel had just been “confused about the day” she agreed to move out of her rental home, before Wendy bluntly brought up Gizelle’s accusation, without explicitly naming her.
“They were saying you were evicted, girl,” Wendy told Angel in front of the group. “I ain’t gonna dance around it. The people saying you were evicted.”
The episode ended before Angel could respond, however, so you’ll have to stay tuned to hear exactly what she had to say.
