Gretchen Rossi continues to prove that no topic is off-limits on The Real Housewives of Orange County — including her and Slade Smiley’s sex life.
While belatedly celebrating Heather Dubrow’s birthday during Season 19, Episode 3, Gretchen and Slade were catching up with Emily Simpson and Shane Simpson when the ladies began discussing how they see the same person for hormone replacement therapy and “should go together” sometime.
“We’re talking about our testosterone and our sex drive on the testosterone,” Gretchen said to loop in their partners, before revealing to the group, “I broke his penis for real.”
Slade chimed in to confirm “it happened,” while Gretchen used a bent index finger to demonstrate what occurred after she “came down a little too hard” on his penis during sex.

“When it breaks, it causes scar tissue on one side of the shaft,” she further explained in a confessional, again using her finger as a visual aid. “Now, when he gets hard, it bends because this [section] isn’t getting hard.”
Providing one last mental image, Gretchen added, “I make the joke that he’s like Captain Hook.”

Upon returning to RHOC on Episode 2, Gretchen brought viewers up to speed with much less TMI life updates, including that she and “life partner” Slade, who now have a 6-year-old daughter Skylar Gray, never got married following their Season 8 engagement.

Comparing their relationship to that of Hollywood couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, she gushed, “But we are more in love than we were 16 years ago.”
Gretchen also threw some shade at her past and present RHOC castmates — including Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Alexis Bellino — who had previously characterized her and Slade’s romance as little more than a TV stunt.Â
“The irony of so many of these women claiming it was a fake relationship is most of those women have gotten divorced since then,” she pointed out. “Karma’s a bitch, ain’t it?”

Outside of the show, Gretchen has also shared more intel on the latest in her and Slade’s relationship via social media and various interviews.
In honor of Father’s Day this year, for example, Gretchen posted a gushy Instagram tribute to Slade, giving new insight on their family life.
“Slade, thank you for being the best Daddy in the whole wide world, [and] showing Skylar how a man should love and adore a woman,” she captioned the June 15 post, in part. “You are our protector and safe place. We couldn’t imagine doing this life without you and we wake up every day feeling so blessed to have you in our lives.”
