Guardian Gave Meth to 5-Year-Old Girl While Wishing Death on Her – Crime Online

A Pennsylvania woman was arrested on Wednesday for allegedly giving a 5-year-old girl methamphetamine.

In April, the victim reportedly told Blair County police that on multiple instances, Chelsey Judd, 22, had her take bong hits while stating they were going to die and she wanted them to die. The incident occurred between early March and April, when Judd had custody of the children, according to WTAJ.

The girl said that after taking the bong hits, she felt “dizzy” and Judd grabbed her by the hair. The girl also stated that people would come to smoke meth — recalling an instance in which someone told Judd to “get off the meth and keep care of your kids,” according to WTAJ.

In June, Judd allegedly told Children and Youth Services that she used meth and had drug paraphernalia around the home. The Altoona Mirror reported that Tyrone Borough police were executing a search warrant at her home on Wednesday when they learned Judd was at a nearby apartment. Officers took Judd into custody after finding her under a pile of clothes, police said.

Judd was charged with welfare of children, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, corruption of minors, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, intent to possess a controlled substance and other related charges. Her bond was set at $200,000.

Police said Judd will likely face additional charges for evading officers before her arrest.
