Heather Dubrow has lived in some pretty incredible homes over the years. There was the 14,300-foot mansion on “billionaire’s row,” the $14 million penthouse in Los Angeles, the record-breaking Dubrow Chateau, and the historic Beverly Hills pad that recently sold for $16.5 million.
Although her real estate collection is, no doubt, impressive, The Real Housewives of Orange County mom is looking to expand her portfolio beyond California. Heather and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, touched on their plans in a recent interview with The Daily Dish, confirming they were still developing a property in the Gem State.

“You know, it’s funny. We have a lot of land in Idaho,” Heather said.
“We’re developing a very big property in Idaho,” Terry added. “Many acres.”
The couple didn’t provide details on the out-of-state project, but suggested it was strictly an investment property as they had no intention of leaving California.
“Not to live, though,” Heather said about the Idaho build. “Yeah, so we’re doing that.”

The husband and wife decided to list their Beverly Hills home — dubbed Dubrow 90210 — earlier this year, after realizing that their planned renovation would take much longer than expected. They ultimately enlisted Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents Josh Flagg and Josh Altman to sell the property, which Heather previously described as her “dream house.”

Now that the Beverly Hills home has sold, many fans are wondering what’s next for the Dubrows. Heather admitted she wasn’t sure.
“I think for us and the family, it’s a big question mark right now,” she said about potentially buying another property.
“We need a family home,” Terry added.
“Yeah, but I never want to see a blade of grass again,” the OC mom replied. “I don’t know. So, we’ll see.”

Heather said she was open to downsizing now that her and Terry’s 14-year-old son, Ace Dubrow, was the only child still living at home. The couple’s 21-year-old twins, Nick and Max Dubrow, are entering their fourth year of college, while their second-oldest daughter, Kat Dubrow, just kicked off her freshman year at Yale University.

Although most of the Dubrow siblings are now adults, Terry revealed they still “really want[ed] a family home.”
“I know they do,” Heather said.
“They are bugging us. Daily,” the plastic surgeon added. “‘Where’s the house? Where’s the house?’”
