Despite her best efforts, Heather Dubrow can’t seem to sneak many secrets past her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow.
At the top of The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19, Episode 10, Heather was seen sorting through a wealth of new deliveries from Fendi at the couple’s Los Angeles penthouse. While unboxing her new finds from the luxury Italian designer, she gleefully remarked on how “cute” such items as a pair of sneakers and a bucket hat were.
That’s when Terry unexpectedly walked in and declared, “Endless boxes forever. Kill me.”
Caught in the act, Heather joked with the RHOC production crew, “He’s not supposed to see when I open packages. This is bad.”

Elsewhere on RHOC‘s Sept. 11 episode, Heather took viewers inside her life in Los Angeles, starting with a behind-the-scenes look at the recording of a Let’s Talk With Heather Dubrow podcast episode featuring writer and model Dylan Mulvaney.
“I’ve always done my podcast in Beverly Hills, but ever since we’ve moved back to L.A., it’s opened up incredible doors for me,” she explained in a confessional. “I feel like I’ve been given a special opportunity to use this podcast to promote voices that don’t usually get heard.”

Later, while hosting Emily Simpson and Gretchen Rossi, for a sleepover, Heather further opened up about how living in L.A. “full time” now has been different from her years in Orange County.
“It’s weird and fun and cool,” she shared with the two women over dinner, before revealing that she’s been taking classes at The Groundlings, L.A.’s famed improvisation and sketch comedy school that launched the careers of such stars as Melissa McCarthy, Will Ferrell, Kristen Wiig, Lisa Kudrow, Maya Rudolph, and Jennifer Coolidge, just to name a few.
Heather went on to remind Emily and Gretchen that she began her career in theater, updating them on how she’d recently been in a classmate’s musical, in addition to taking vocal lessons and an acting class again.

So far on RHOC Season 19, viewers have also already seen Heather and Terry break down their decision to sell the Beverly Hills home they purchased in 2023. She had little trouble convincing her plastic surgeon husband of 26 years to drop an additional roughly $45,000 on renovations, before hiring Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ Josh Altman and Josh Flagg to re-list the 9,000-square-foot house.
After selling their Beverly Hills mansion for $16.5 million in August 2025, the mom of four shed light on how she and Terry balance their finances with other family-related responsibilities, in a recent interview with BravoTV.com.
“Terry and I are really good at balancing the family and businesses and finances and investments,” Heather revealed. “And when it comes to the children, that’s my realm. He has no say.”
Heather Dubrow reveals Terry Dubrow’s height secret
While Heather may hide her packages from Terry, she recently exposed a little-known secret about his fashion choices. “Terry wears lifts,” she revealed on Season 19, Episode 5.
Jennifer Pedranti seemed surprised, asking, “A lift?” and Heather added, “He’s got those shoes with the thing inside.”
As it turns out, Terry wasn’t thrilled when the episode aired. “I said to her… ‘Am I going to out you for the things that only I know about?’ I actually looked at her and I said, ‘Why?’” Terry told Decider. “I mean, I’m really not short. I’m 5’11”, but it makes me, like, 6’1”, which is kind of sexy and good. I thought it was weird.”
He continued: “To be perfectly honest with you, I was a little bit pissed. I really was. I could feel acid in my blood for about five minutes. I texted [her] and I went, ‘Really?’ She goes, ‘Oh, whatever.’ I go, “Oh, whatever?!’”
