Who Was Curren Keale Lara?
Curren Keale Lara was born in 1998 and lived in Huntington Beach his entire life, where he had many friends and family members. He worked as an auto mechanic but had ambitions to be an entrepreneur; Curren was always looking for ways to help people with their car troubles. He loved being around cars and motorcycles, which he would often work on himself in his free time.

It is with a heavy heart that the Huntington Beach Police Department must confirm the sad news of 25-year-old Curren Keale Lara’s passing. On Wednesday, March 8th, 2023 at approximately 2 a.m., Lara was in a fatal crash on Yorktown Avenue close to Waterbury Lane which tragically resulted in his death at the scene.
What was the cause of his death?
The cause of the accident is unknown at this point but according to police reports, it took place shortly after 2am near Waterbury Lane and Yorktown Avenue. Curren sustained fatal injuries that resulted in his death at the scene of the accident. His friends and family are still shocked by his sudden passing and have been working together to pay tribute to him in any way they can.
