Gizelle Bryant’s daughter, Adore Bryant, just followed in her footsteps in a major way by recreating an iconic photo of her while she was in college. The Real Housewives of Potomac mom of three is a proud Alpha Kappa Alpha sister, which she was during her time at Hampton University, where Adore is now a student and member of AKA. And, the photo she posted that takes fans inside her life now proves she’s her mom’s twin.
Adore took to Instagram on March 30, where she posted a photo of her wearing a green beret and pink backpack, standing on Hampton University’s campus, looking to the camera over her shoulder. This is almost an identical recreation of a photo Gizelle took more than 30 years ago, while standing in that same exact spot at Hampton University.
“Legacy,” Adore wrote in the caption of the post. “I have fulfilled a lifelong dream of entering the sisterhood of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. A dream that completes my mother’s legacy. To you, Soror Mommy, I thank you for showing me the meaning of lifelong sisterhood and service.”
Gizelle took to the comments of the post, where she returned the affection for her daughter. “36 years later!!! This makes me cry. [Legacy] like no other! I love you Adore. Skee Wee My Soror Skee Wee,” she wrote about the stunning lookalike photos.

“SOROR TWINNYYYYYY!!!,” Adore’s twin, Angel Bryant, added. “I am so proud of youuu.”

Gizelle Bryant shares her pride for daughter, Angel, after becoming an Alpha Kappa Alpha sister at college
Gizelle had shared her pride for Angel months earlier when she became a sister of Alpha Kappa Alpha at Spelman College in November. Gizelle took to Instagram on Nov. 17, where she posted a photo of her and Angel wearing white while holding their pinkies up. “CONGRATULATIONS ANGEL, who is now my SOROR,” she wrote in the caption of the post, along with pink and green heart emojis. “Tears of joy and pride I have felt all day. LEGACY! Welcome to the beautiful pink and green world of Alpha Kappa Alpha.”
Angel also took to her Instagram account at the time, where she opened up about joining the sorority and how she was honoring Gizelle by becoming a member. “The sweetest journey I have ever experienced has been the one that brought me into the most loving sisterhood,” she wrote. “Thank you Soror Mommy for starting a legacy built on service and sisterhood that I am proud to continue.”
