An investigation is underway in Maryland after a 6-month-old girl reportedly died in a hot car on Sunday.
The girl, who has not been publicly identified, was found unresponsive in a vehicle in Belcamp. Harford County police believe the girl was left in the car for several hours, according to WBFF.
No criminal charges have been filed, but the incident remains under investigation.
The infant girl is the 14th child to die in a hot car this year. According to No Heat Stroke, 39 children died in hot cars in 2024.
