Brielle Biermann is looking to make some changes before spending the rest of her life with her fiancé, Billy Seidl. The Don’t Be Tardy alum has been engaged to her baseball-playing beau since February 2024, and cannot get enough of him — but she has a pretty major decision to make before walking down the aisle.
Brielle will appear on E!’s new series Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind, premiering on Wednesday, July 9. The series will follow Brielle, and her mom, Kim Zolciak, along with seven other celebrities as they go on a journey of self-discovery and decide whether they want to reverse their plastic surgeries.
Brielle, according to the official press release, will be weighing “the pros and cons” of her own facial filler while at the retreat because she wants a “softer, more natural look” ahead of the wedding. Brielle took to Instagram on June 10, where she posted the trailer from the new series.
“We’re baaaaack on your screens,” she wrote in the caption of the post.

Although Brielle hasn’t gotten into the thick of wedding planning (more on that down below), she is perfectly happy to be standing alongside her fiancé. Kim’s oldest daughter took to Instagram on April 11, where she posted a new look at her relationship with Billy.
In the photo, Brielle can be seen wearing a black and white polka dot dress, standing in front of a body of water, right next to Billy, who wore a blue suit jacket over a pair of jeans. “The best date,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
Billy isn’t just the best date to Brielle, he is also the best wedding date. Brielle took to Instagram in December, where she posted a photo of her and Billy attending a wedding together in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In the photo, Brielle can be seen wearing a shimmering gold, strapless dress, as she leaned into Billy, who stood tall in his navy blue suit.
“The best forever wedding date,” she captioned the series of photos.
“I love this love,” Kim wrote in the comments.

Brielle’s younger sister, Next Gen NYC cast member Ariana Biermann, recently spoke with The Daily Dish, where she revealed that she will be Brielle’s maid of honor in her upcoming wedding. But, she admitted that Brielle hasn’t “even started the process” of wedding planning.
“I’m like, ‘I’m supposed to be your maid of honor,'” she recalled. “‘What am I supposed to be doing? Like, shouldn’t I be ready? Don’t bombard me within one month.'”
“She has a perfect venue she has in mind that she wants a specific date for,” she continued. “And so I think she kind of just wants it all to be perfect, and it’s just putting together a whole board of everything she wants, and then we’re gonna get to planning it soon.”

Billy asked Brielle to marry him with an absolutely stunning solitaire diamond engagement ring, surrounded by a diamond-covered band. But, Brielle took to her Instagram Story shortly after the engagement last year, where she admitted that Billy had used a different ring to propose to her with.
“Billy went to pick up the ring at the jewelers on Thursday a.m. and…the diamond was stuck in customs,” she wrote over a photo, showing the ring that Billy had used to propose to her. “We were flying out that night so Billy asked Ariana (who was flying out the next day) if she could bring it so my engagement photos have a different ring than the one I actually have!”

However, Brielle isn’t stressing too much about wedding planning, as she revealed during a June 2024 Instagram Q&A that she has always wanted to be engaged for a long time. “I’ve always said I wanted a long engagement to enjoy every phase of life,” she wrote.
She also revealed that large weddings aren’t her thing and would prefer to have a “very small” wedding. “I’ve always said I just want my immediate family and my mom’s family, too,” she revealed. “Billy has so many friends/family members he wants to be there, so the plans changed obviously lol. Believe it or not, I don’t like attention like that. If it was up to me, it would just be Billy, me, & the priest.”

Brielle and Billy went Instagram official with their relationship in 2023 after meeting during a trip to the Bahamas that year. But, she kept the majority of their relationship very private before getting engaged. During a 2024 Q&A session on her Instagram Story, Brielle revealed why she had kept her relationship with Billy “a little more private” in the wake of her mom’s divorce from her dad, Kroy Biermann.
“All of my relationships have been really public,” she wrote. “And given, you know, everything that’s going on right now, I just decided that I wanted to be a little more private with things that are really important to me. I get criticized on every single thing I do, 24/7, and I didn’t want any criticism on this. I didn’t want anybody to affect what we had going on.”
“Billy is such a sweet person that I didn’t want people sending him nasty DMs like they have been now,” she added. “It was just really important to me to enjoy Billy and I’s company, alone, get to know each other, without involving the world. And I’m so happy we did.”
