Mercedes Javid has been busy “selling the valley” amid her divorce from Tommy Feight. The Shahs of Sunset alum has found the perfect balance between mom life and her work life as she is super career-driven as a real estate agent in Southern California. She recently gave some new insights into her job selling houses.
MJ is currently a real estate agent at Mauricio Umansky’s firm, The Agency. This is something that she takes pride in and something that she has shared multiple glimpses of on social media. Mercedes collaborated with several other agents at The Agency on Instagram on Oct. 9, giving a look inside one of their sales meetings. “A million-dollar smiles in a room that moves millions every day,” the agent, Stephany Delgado, wrote in the caption of the post.
“Nothing more fun than our Agency Valley Sales Meeting with the best in the game!” she added. “Powerhouse Agents, big wins, and even bigger energy. LFG!!!!”
Mercedes also took to her Instagram Story earlier in the month, where she continued to share a look inside of her career as a real estate agent, snapping a photo of a neighborhood sidewalk as well as inside of The Agency’s offices. “Selling The Valley,” she wrote over one photo.
MJ currently has multiple listings for sale, including a 4,200 square foot home located in Sherman Oaks. She took to Instagram on Oct. 22, where she gave a peek inside the home, listed at $3.85 million, and is complete with six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, and boasts an open-concept floor plan.

In case the Instagram posts weren’t enough proof, MJ is very happy to be at The Agency. She appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen in January 2024, where she opened up about what it was like to have Mauricio as a boss.

“I have a lot of interaction with him,” she said, as seen in the video above. “We have meetings every week. You can text him, and he’s a phone call away…He’s so amazing. We’re really with the best players in the game, so that’s why I love being there. There are so many other partners that are part of what makes The Agency. So, it’s incredible.”

In addition to selling homes, MJ keeps her life very busy. MJ’s Instagram bio proudly lists her as a “devoted mommy” to her son, Shams Francis Feight. But she also co-hosts two podcasts, Till The Dirt, which she co-hosts with Tommy, and Heal 2 Feel, which she co-hosts with Liat Gerszt.
