It’s full steam ahead on Below Deck Mediterranean Season 10’s latest eventful charter.
Captain Sandy Yawn’s crew, which has been busy mixing business and pleasure all season, includes Aesha Scott, Cathy Skinner, Joe Bradley, Josh Bingham, Kizzi Kitchener, Max Salvador, Nathan Gallagher, Victoria “V” SanJuan.
For the charter that began during Season 10, Episode 13, however, Below Deck Med alum Gael Cameron returned to temporarily fill in for deckhand V, who was recovering from an illness at a nearby Barcelona hotel.
V’s absence, meanwhile, kicked off a chain of dramatic events, beginning with her boatmance partner Joe kissing Kizzi during a late-night flirt-fest.

Then, when Gael eventually arrived, Nathan’s romantic feelings came flooding back, though she fought the urge to rekindle an old flame, about 10 months after their painful breakup.
In the interim, some of the yachties have also been tasked with cleaning up other people’s messes — literally — as well, amid a similarly chaotic charter.

What to expect on Below Deck Med‘s Dec. 29 episode
Luckily, a pair of Below Deck Med sneak peeks already provided some intel on exactly what viewers can expect from Season 10, Episode 14.
In one clip from the Dec. 29 episode, Gael explains why she’s continuing to keep her guard up after Nathan confessed that he’s still in love with her.
“Nathan’s very charming, and we do get along like a house on fire,” she admits in a confessional. “But I just don’t want history to repeat itself. Can’t jump off a cliff and not be afraid of what might be at the bottom. It might be really, really fun, or you might die. Or, even worse, you might not die and just feel every single broken bone while you lay there at the bottom.”

Elsewhere, at the post-charter tip meeting, Aesha reveals that V is returning to Bravado that very day, instantly sparking noticeable discomfort from both Joe and Kizzi, who will have to face the consequences of their lip-lock.
“F–k, I don’t know what I should say to V,” Kizzi tells Cathy as they clean a guest cabin, afteward. “I’m hoping there’s no drama…”
Cathy, for her part, references to a producer how Kizzi also kissed Max just as things were already heating up between them, theorizing, “There’s no way she’s remotely sorry for kissing Joe. I think it’s bulls–t.”
It turns out that Cathy is correct. Afterward, Kizzi declares to her, “I don’t feel guilty about the fact we kissed. I feel guilty about the fact she’s going to be upset.”
Cut to V’s van pulling up to the dock, as Joe spots her and laments, “F–k me. I feel so bad.”
After V happily announces her arrival, she shares her excitement about returning to the yacht in a confessional.
“I feel so much better from when I stepped off the boat,” V explains. “It’s like I’ve been away all summer, and it’s like my first day of school again, and I get to see all my friends. I want to know, like, what went on while I was gone. I’m excited for all the tea.”
Little does she know, she may soon come to regret that statement, but you’ll have to tune in to Below Deck Med to see what happens next.
