What Are The Charges Faced By Gypsy Rose?
As per records, Rose killed her mom, Dee Dee Blanchard and was sentenced to 10 years of prison for a second-degree murder case by The Missouri court after a year in 2016.
After disclosing Rose’s mother’s behavior, sympathy for her as the victim of a violent murder rapidly shifted to her daughter as a long-term victim of child abuse. However, the charge of first-degree murder can carry the death penalty under Missouri law or life without parole.
In July 2015, Rose accepted the plea bargain agreement and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
