The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Kyle Richards may be a little closer to filing for divorce from Mauricio Umansky.
The OG diamond hinted at the possibility on the Jan 29. episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen: “We have had conversations that we had not had during this season since then. We still haven’t filed, but we have had conversations about what this is going to look like and all of that.”
Kyle’s revelation comes after RHOBH Season 15, Episode 7, during which she admitted to Dorit Kemsley and Bozoma Saint John that she had considered filing for divorce once paparazzi photos surfaced of Mauricio kissing other women following their October 2023 separation.
Kyle, for her part, spilled earlier this season that she “fell hard” for an unnamed somebody, admitting to Andy Cohen that it was a “weird” topic for both husband and wife to discuss.
“He does not watch the show, actually,” Kyle said on the WWHL episode, although she did confirm that he knew about her past relationship. “We’ve had conversations off camera before, too, so … It’s weird for him, it’s weird for both of us.”

On the aforementioned RHOBH episode, the Beverly Hills mother of four explained precisely why she was reluctant to move forward with divorce. “It’s a very big decision, and it’s scary,” she admitted. “It’s not just me I’m thinking of. I’m thinking about everybody.”
Kyle also opened up about a previous family trip to Aspen — where the family recently reunited for the holidays and spurred reconciliation rumors after attending the same party — claiming she felt “invisible” during the vacation. It was during times like those, Kyle admitted, that she gravitated toward the idea of filing. “But then I come back, and I’m like, ‘It’s just easier like this.’ You know, we’re good friends, and I know that he loves me. We get along.”

As Kyle, Dorit, and Bozoma talked about Kyle’s plans for her and Mauricio’s future on RHOBH, Mauricio unexpectedly appeared, having seen the women as he dined at the same restaurant. Dorit didn’t hold back when asking flat out whether Mauricio considered filing for divorce, to which he plainly answered, “No.”

Kyle turned to Bozoma and said, “I’ve never asked him that.”
From there, Mauricio asked Kyle the same question. “When you make me mad, a couple of times,” she lightheartedly said.

“What scared me the most about being separated at first was being alone. ‘Am I going to be alone one day?’ Or, ‘As I get older, am I going to be all alone?’” she said. “I like this feeling that I have right now, that I’m no longer afraid of that. And there’s a security in knowing just, like, if that happens, it happens.”
