The heated Married to Medicine Season 12 girls’ trip to Florida isn’t over yet.
When viewers last saw the Married to Med cast — including Toya Bush Harris, Dr. Contessa Metcalfe, Dr. Mimi Sanders, Dr. Jackie Walters, Quad Webb, and Dr. Simone Whitmore, along with friends Angel Love Davis, Dr. Heavenly Kimes, and Brandi Milton — the ladies were still swimming in drama on their getaway to the Sunshine State.
Though Heavenly’s poolside apology to Simone helped them come to an understanding by the episode’s end, more conflict kicked up in the process, especially after Toya entered the chat.

Prior to that, Toya had outwardly predicted that there was “absolutely a s–t storm approaching,” and she was “anticipating Hurricane Heavenly going to a Category 5.”
You’ll have to stay tuned to find out exactly how the cast trip to Miramar Beach ends, though. Read on to find out when Married to Med returns with new episodes after the break for Super Bowl LX, so you don’t miss a second of the action.
Is Married to Medicine on tonight, Sunday, February 8?
No, there is not a new episode of Married to Medicine on tonight. However, Married to Med returns with Season 12, Episode 10, on Sunday, Feb. 15, airing at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Bravo. Episodes are also available to stream the next day on Peacock.
What to expect on Married to Med’s new Feb. 15 episode
The official synopsis for Married Med‘s Feb. 15 episode reads, “The girls’ trip continues with a sunset cruise. Quad shares the results of her IVF journey. Toya and Dr. Jackie plan the third annual Med Gala, but Toya is met with resistance from the ladies, which puts the whole event at risk.”
The preview that rolled at the end of Episode 9 offered some even more specific intel.
After Contessa welcomes the ladies aboard a boat for some dancing and fun on their cruise, Heavenly plants a kiss on Simone, stunning their castmates in the process.
Back in Atlanta, the spirit of sisterhood seems to go by the wayside, however, when Heavenly confronts Toya, claiming, “Jackie said you were so difficult to work with and very unprofessional.” Though Jackie, who’s standing with them, denies that was the case, Heavenly, continues to insist that she “absolutely did” make those comments.
In a confessional, Contessa declares, “You can’t tell Heavenly nothin’, because Jackie probably did say all that s–t.”
Finally, the women rally around Quad, who tells them through tears, “I’m going through this IVF process. We worked very, very hard to get eggs, but none of them made it.”
What else is still ahead on Married to Medicine Season 15
Looking a bit further ahead, the Married to Med midseason trailer, which dropped on Jan. 16, previewed more of the highs and lows that are still to come on Season 12, including a vacation to Jamaica.
At some point, conflict erupts after Dr. Jackie’s husband, Curtis Berry, cites the Bible while telling Quad’s then-boyfriend, King, that one of the “complications that could be in the way of [them] not having a kid” is the fact that they’re “not married.” In a separate scene, Quad vents that Curtis is trying “to nail us to the cross,” prompting King to respond, “Is he a saint? Who is he to judge?”

Despite her already confronting her on the matter, Angel also revisits Toya’s behavior in front of her longtime friend and date, Dr. Bernard, at Heavenly’s family reunion event. And yes, Angel’s date unexpectedly (to at least one cast member) pops up again, as Toya declares in a joint confessional with Dr. Eugene Harris, “I had no clue that she was inviting Bernard.”
As you await new Married to Medicine episodes, get details on Quad and King’s breakup that she announced after filming Season 12.
