Tom Schwartz is opening up about his current relationship status after his most recent relationship ended.
The Vanderpump Rules alum appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on June 17, where he opened up about where he and his most recent ex stand today. “No, we’re not dating anymore, but [I] still [have] the most love and respect,” he noted about the breakup from ex-girlfriend, Sophia, as seen in the video above. “She’s one of my favorite human beings on the planet.”
“But no, we’re not dating,” he added.
During an April 17 episode of his podcast, Detox Retox, Tom opened up about more his split from the media planner, who he first started dating in 2023. “She’s not my girlfriend,” he said. “We’re really good friends. We’re just really good friends now.”
Is Tom Schwartz dating?
Tom revealed during a June 10 episode of the Off The Vine podcast that he is “laying low” in his dating life. He continued, admitting that he is “just hanging out” with someone right now, but he is not “actively dating.”
“I was semi-dating somebody. We’re not dating or we were hanging out,” he explained, noting that it wasn’t a public thing.
“I want kids more than anything right now, but I don’t — I’m not going to force it,” he added. “I’m keeping a low profile right now.”

In a May interview with People, Tom revealed what he’s looking for in a girlfriend. He admitted that he wants “someone who knows what they want but isn’t too rigid that they can’t grow with you.”
He also doesn’t mind if his future partner knows who he is or has seen him on VPR. “It cuts away the need for small talk up front,” he said. “There’s an instant bond because they’ve seen you at your worst and your best. If they’re still willing to talk to you after 11 seasons of Vanderpump Rules, they’re probably a keeper.”

Speaking of exes… Tom and his ex-wife, Katie Maloney, are in a very good place following their 2022 divorce. During his appearance on WWHL this week, Tom admitted that he is friendly with Katie and is a big fan of her musician boyfriend, Nick Martin, who he described as “a stud” and “really charming.”
“I just saw her the other day, she looked gorgeous,” Tom said, noting that they’re doing “so good.” “She’s happy, she’s in love, she’s crushing it on her podcast, and I’m just happy when she’s happy. I truly am.”Â
