Jennifer Lopez is finally addressing the rumors surrounding her former fiancé Alex Rodriguez and his rumored romance with Southern Charm cast member Madison LeCroy before she was married to her husband, Brett Randle.
The “Let’s Get Loud” singer appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on Wednesday, Oct. 15, where host Andy Cohen asked her about the old rumors. “The Bravo-verse will kill me if I do not ask this next question, it came up in a Southern Charm reunion a few years ago…that your ex ARod was DM’ing one of the cast members,” Andy began. “And there was a lot of speculation in the press, or on the show, that that somehow led to your breakup.”
“Is there anything you can speak to about that?” he asked, as seen in the video above.
Jennifer, however, quickly shut him down. “You know, I really have nothing to say about my personal life anymore,” Jennifer admitted. “I feel like I’m done with that.”
What happened between Madison LeCroy and Alex Rodriguez?
During the Southern Charm Season 7 reunion, Craig Conover accused Madison of flying “to Miami” to meet up with “an ex-MLB player.” He also accused her of DM’ing him and FaceTiming him. But Madison quickly shut that down. “Put me on a lie detector test, I never flew to Miami, tell me when I went to Miami, where’s the record of that?” she asked Craig.
Madison, however, added, “He contacted me, and yes, we DM’ed, but other than that I’ve never physically seen him, touched him.”

Madison then spoke with Page Six in Feb. 2021, where she confirmed that the former baseball player that she had been DMing was Alex. But, she told the publication that they “never met up.”
However, she did admit that they had “spoken on the phone.”
“That’s the truth,” she said, confirming that they had “never been physical” and he was “just an acquaintance.”

“He’s never physically cheated on his fiancée with me,” she noted, adding that they had talked “randomly but not consistent” a year before the reunion aired.
Two months after these rumors were aired out at the reunion, Jennifer and Alex broke up after four years together, according to Us Weekly. “We have realized we are better as friends and look forward to remaining so…the only other comment we have to say is thank you to everyone who has sent kind words and support,” the couple told TODAY in an exclusive statement in April 2021.
Madison has, of course, since moved on, marrying her husband in November 2022. Get a new look at their adorable relationship today.
