Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca are now happily married, but the road to tying the knot wasn’t easy. The couple dealt with a whirlwind of emotions as their wedding neared, a fact that’s made clear in this preview for The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 2, Episode 7.
In the video above, brothers Steven Jr., Cole, Jesse, and Brayden McBee are hanging out on a party bus in Nashville with some friends, including their trusted farmhand, Jake Denton. While on the bus, Steven Jr. asks Jesse if he’s “nervous” for his impending wedding.
To Steven Jr. and Jake’s surprise, the husband-to-be admits that he is anxious about tying the knot. When asked why, Jesse doesn’t quite know what to say. “I don’t know, it’s just a lot man,” he shrugs.
“Oh, I can imagine that,” Jake responds, nodding.
“I think it’s just like the finality of it all, you know what I mean,” Jesse remarks.
On a different part of the bus, Cole comments on his brother’s long-term relationship with Alli. “Both him and Alli met in high school,” he declares. “I was 18 years old partying every night. He never even lived that experience of being a single college person.”
Then, Jesse shares his true feelings about the upcoming wedding in a confessional. “This wedding’s really weighing on me. There’s a lot of stress,” Jesse says.
“Seems like all my brothers and my dad can talk about is prenups, divorce, and I’m kind of freaking out,” he adds.

Why Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca are clashing over their wedding
The preview above isn’t the only time Jesse’s been stressed about the wedding. On Episode 4, him and his fiancé argued about wedding attire, revealing unresolved issues in the relationship. The tiff began when Jesse’s mom, Kristi McBee, called Alli while helping Jesse select his outfit for the ceremony. The mom-of-four asked Alli if she wanted Jesse in a bow tie or a regular tie.
Alli said he could pick between the two, but Jesse said he’d prefer a bolo tie.
The soon-to-be bride conceded, saying Jesse could wear what he wanted, and then told Kristi the couple had gotten into an argument about Jesse’s suit color a few days prior.
After watching the couple’s exchange, Kirsti attributed their squabble to the fact that the couple basically lives in separate homes.
“Lately, Alli and Jesse snap on each other a little bit more,” Kristi said in an episode interview. “From experience, married couples need to sleep in the same bed, and they need to be able to share each other’s day. You can’t get used to not being together.”

Do Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca live together?
On Season 2, Episode 2 of McBee Dynasty, Alli and Jesse explained their complicated living situation: Alli stays in the couple’s new city house, while Jesse stays in the country to be close to the farm. The two homes are an hour away from each other, creating both physical and emotional distance between the couple.
When the pair talked about their future together on Episode 3, Jesse made it clear that Alli needed to give up city living and move onto the farm with him.
“And if I did not want to do that?” Alli asked. “Is that gonna be, like, a dealbreaker for you?” To that, Jesse responded, “I would say, yeah.”
He elaborated on his feelings in a confessional: “I don’t feel comfortable getting married if we’re not gonna be able to live together,” Jesse declared.
For now, the couple’s housing situation remains up in the air. Tune into The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys Season 2, Episode 7 (airing Aug. 11) to get the full update on Jesse’s relationship with Alli. In the meantime, get caught up on another McBee boy’s relationship troubles.
