Joe Giudice has never kept his wellness journey a secret since moving to the Bahamas. The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad often posts about his fitness routine to his Instagram feed, taking his followers inside his life today.
Back in late June, Joe even showed off how much his physical appearance has changed over the years. He posted a side-by-side photo of himself from many years back at an event, as well as a more recent photo of himself and the weight loss he’s experienced over the years.
He captioned it, “Before and After,” adding the hashtags, “weight lifting,” “workout,” and “transformation.
Similarly, back in April, he shared another look at his physical changes by posting a throwback photo and a more recent photo of himself. He captioned it, “Look at my transformation.”

Speaking of his physical transformation, Joe often shares looks at his workout routine on Instagram. Joe is a big fan of boxing and even partakes in other physical activities like paddleball.
He is also a big fan of splits and doing pushups while in a split. And we can assume his fitness plan is working for him. “JOE STRONG,” he wrote on late June alongside a photo of himself at the beach. “Built from the ground up. Mind right. Body right. Never back down.”
How Joe Giudice’s daughters help in his health routine
Joe also makes sure to include his daughters in his fitness when he can. He recently posted some Instagrams with Gabriella as they took on a challenging outdoor staircase in the Bahamas.

On an episode of her podcast, Casual Chaos, Gia sat down with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and shed new light on her dad. During the conversation with her mom, Gia opened up about other ways Joe had changed.
“And it’s weird… I think now that he obviously is not in the US, and he doesn’t have access to the people around him, and that he cares about 24/7, he even asks us for pictures all the time,” Gia shared during the episode released earlier this spring. “When we arrive [to visit], he takes videos. When we’re eating dinner, he wants to take selfies. He really does treasure all the moments now, and it is creds to you [Teresa].”
