The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Gorga has a full house between ‘Wife Melissa Gorga and their three children, but he just shared an interesting observation between the guys and the gals.
The Househusband took a selfie-style video from the kitchen of their Franklin Lakes mansion and later shared it on his Instagram Stories, showing sons, 18-year-old Gino Gorga and 14-year-old Joey Gorga Jr. “run[ning] out of the room” as he directed the camera at them. Twenty-year-old college junior Antonia Gorga however, didn’t shy away from her father’s video once Joe asked her to come back.
As he put it, “See, my girl? She comes. My boys? They don’t want the camera, they don’t want Instagram…”
Joe requested Antonia bring his “other son,” referring to the family dog, Nico. But as the Jersey dad revealed that he was the one to change the dog’s diapers, he tried capturing Joey Jr. as he stealthily entered and exited the kitchen from the other side of the room.
Meanwhile, Joe lamented not receiving as many texts from Antonia as he once had. Said Joe, “You know what? I found some text messages from when she was a baby, and she was like, ‘Daddy, I love you; I love you so much, so, so, so, so, much; when you coming home; you’re the best daddy ever.’ Right? And now, I barely get that. I barely get that. It’s a shame.”
Melissa and Joe Gorga visited Antonia for parents’ weekend at her college
Earlier this month, the proud parents — soon appearing in the upcoming Episode 2 of Bravo’s Wife Swap: The Real Housewives Edition — paid Antonia a visit for a Parents’ Weekend event at the University of Delaware. The reunion was all the more special when the family made homemade mozzarella cheese on campus.

“This is what we do after the [parties],” Melissa told her followers.
Antonia shared a TikTok video from that weekend, referring to her late grandfather and RHONJ guest, Giacinto Gorga, as Joe and the father of Antonia’s roommate hand-stretched the cheese.
Said the only daughter, “My roommate’s dad is an old-school Italian who reminds me of my nonno, my dad’s dad … My dad kept saying, ‘He reminds me of my dad,’ with the biggest smile on his face, and I thought it was so bittersweet.”

Joe joked in an Oct. 21 Instagram Story that Antonia was back home “because she wants to eat something,” as Melissa — in her own Instagram Story — shared a “colorful” all-in-one pan recipe with her followers, featuring chicken, potatoes, peas, and carrots (Joe made an LOL-worthy cameo, too).

Food was the reason Antonia made a “surprise” visit back to the Garden State in September because “She misses my sauce,” Melissa said.

Meanwhile, high schoolers Gino and Joey Jr. are in their senior and sophomore years, respectively. They saw their mother off for their first day by flipping their middle fingers in the air, a moment Melissa captured and later shared on Instagram. “Yep – that’s it. That’s the pic,” she captioned the photo, which drew in plenty of amused Housewives to comment below.
Big sister, Antonia, remarked, “That looks about right,” while Joe said of his sons, “My boys.”
