If Joe Gorga is hoping his kids will join in on the family business, he may want to reconsider. When The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad recently brought his three kids to work with him, he found that the early start time was a bit hard on his children.
Joe recently shared a video to Instagram Stories that showed his three kids, Antonia (who is currently home from college), Joey Jr., and Gino, napping in the car on the way to help their dad at his job in real estate development. “This is what happens when you bring 3 teenagers to work in the morning,” he captioned the candid moment of his kids, whom he shares with Melissa Gorga, snoozing in the car.
While they may struggle with their dad’s work hours, Joe seems more than comfortable with his chosen career path. He later posted a video of himself to Instagram Stories in which he’s cutting down a tree with a chainsaw… shirtless. We guess Joe is a morning guy.

As for his work as a real estate developer, he previously shared his mission statement when it comes to his business on Instagram, revealing, “Bringing your vision to life with quality craftsman in home construction.”Â
Joe has also been instrumental in the past in construction on the Gorga family home in New Jersey, as seen in the throwback BravoTV.com video at the top of the post.
In addition to his work as a real estate developer, Joe also performs comedy shows as a stand-up comedian. Melissa actually hosted a show in Toronto back in April of this year.
Joe also knows it’s is all about work-life balance. Recently he revealed how much he loves to lounge at home near his pool when he isn’t working, but noted that he does love to get some help from pros to make sure he has the time to chill in his backyard at his home in New Jersey. “Let’s get this season started. I work a lot so the less I have to work on cleaning this pool the better!” he wrote on Instagram.

Speaking of Melissa’s sprinkle cookie business, she recently was “overwhelmed” by a big moment for the brand as she expanded the product line.
