Josh Altman and Heather Altman’s two kids, Lexi and Ace Altman, are following in their footsteps in a major way. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles couple’s kids are already miniature versions of themselves (more on that down below), but are now learning their way around the family business of real estate. Both Josh and Heather took to Instagram earlier in the week, where they posted a video of their son and daughter giving a tour of a home listed for sale in Orange County.
“I’m Josh Altman,” Ace said in the video, with Lexi adding, “And I’m Heather Altman.”
“Just kidding!” they both said in unison. The brother-sister duo then proceeded to narrate a video showing off the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom house, located in the gated community of Pelican Crest. “This house has 13,000 square feet,” Ace noted.
“You know what’s cool about having a mom and dad in real estate?” Lexi asked.
“We get to hang in cool houses,” Ace replied.
The family of four then got to hang out in the house’s movie theater before taking a swim in the infinity pool. “What is your favorite feature?” the couple wrote in the caption of the post. “Lexi and Ace had a toss-up between the pool and the theater.”
How Josh and Heather Altman celebrated their son’s 6th birthday
The family of four continued to show off their summer fun when they celebrated Ace’s 6th birthday. Heather and Josh took to Instagram in late July, where they posted a video hanging out at Legoland in California, where they had fun on the rides and played games.

“Wow, Ace is officially 6,” they wrote in the caption of the post. “We made Ace’s birthday dreams come true at [Legoland California]! On the way to [Legoland California,] Ace said, ‘I need to pinch myself, I’m so excited.’ It was our first time going to the park and we had the best time ever. Happy birthday Ace.”
Heather Altman reveals how their kids have followed in their footsteps
In a July 2024 interview with The Daily Dish, Heather admitted that both Ace and Lexi are taking after her and Josh in their own unique ways. “He wants to be just like his daddy,” she said of Ace. “He calls himself a real estate-r and dresses up in suits, and it’s super cute.”

Lexi, on the other hand, is a “little fashionista” like Heather. “She wears high heels occasionally, and she is just turning into this sweet, cute, little independent lady,” the SoCal mom explained.
