Josh Flagg is officially a homeowner in the Hamptons. The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent has owned several fabulous homes over the years, and he’s already getting to work on his new East Coast pad in the famed New York locale.
It was first reported by TMZ on Aug. 4 that Josh was in escrow with his childhood friend, Justin Gruenberg, to purchase a nearly $10 million home located in Georgica Estates in East Hampton. The six-bedroom, six-bathroom house, which was built in 2024, sits on a half-acre of property and features three levels, complete with a saltwater pool, marble sun deck, and 15-foot outdoor grill, according to Behind the Hedges.Â
“I decided to purchase in the Hamptons because I spend an increasing amount of time in New York,” he told the publication. “It therefore only makes sense for me to have a place in the Hamptons to enjoy the best of the summers and the fall.”
Josh has already started renovating the property, taking to his Instagram Story on Sept. 3, to show off some of the work being done. In snapshots, captured from a video posted to his Story, Josh shared the exterior of the house as workers stood on ladders in front of it.
“I hope I’m not the first person to buy a house and start construction on it a few days before closing escrow,” he wrote over the photos.

Prior to purchasing the house, Josh had been spending quite some time in the Hamptons. In August, Josh took to his Instagram Story where he revealed that he had been in the Hamptons with his BFF, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ Tracy Tutor.Â

Both Josh and Tracy celebrated their birthdays in the Hamptons. They spent their time waking each other up from their naps and even sharing a bed together at one point. But now, they’ll have a new home to hang out in next summer.

In addition to the house in the Hamptons, Josh owns a mid-century modern home in the Trousdale Estates neighborhood in Beverly Hills. Josh purchased the 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom house, complete with wood paneling and high ceilings, for $14 million in October 2024.

“I never thought I’d buy a mid-century house, but it’s such a special house,” he said during a Nov. 2024 episode of Estate Media’s The Real Talk talk show. “So I took a look at and I was like, I really, really like this house. I don’t know why, it’s not my vibe, but there’s something very special about it. I’m gonna enjoy it for a couple of years, but then in a couple of years, I’m going to do everything I want to the house, and then probably sell it.”
