Josh Flagg has listed many historic properties during his time as a real estate agent. And the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent just re-listed one very iconic and historic property — Casa Encantada in Los Angeles.
Josh took to Instagram earlier this week, where he posted photos of the home, with gorgeous views. The home boasts a stately dining room, sitting room, the most beautiful landscaping, and ties to the Hilton family. “One of the most important houses in the United States…Casa Encantada in Bel Air,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “Just listed.”
The home is being listed at $175 million, after previously being listed for $165 million and $195 million.Â
Built in 1937, according to Josh’s website, the “legendary estate” sits on 8.4 acres, has 60 different rooms, and was restored to all of its Deco Hollywood style glory. “Built to be the most important estate in the country, maintained and stewarded until today,” he wrote in the caption of the post. “A once in a lifetime opportunity to acquire a legend.”
Josh Flagg says he’s looking for the “one person” to buy Casa Encantada
Josh spoke with the Robb Report in November 2024, where he admitted that he was looking for the perfect buyer for the house, after being on and off the market since 2023. “Casa Encantada is one of the finest residences in the United States,” he said.

“If this was 2017, the house would be sold by now, but given the state of the market, there aren’t buyers lining up around the block for any house over $100 million. With that said, there are people out there that can afford a house like this and it just takes that one person,” he added.
Why Josh Flagg is popping up on RHOC Season 19
In addition to selling some very important properties, Josh will also appear on The Real Housewives of Orange County Season 19 alongside Josh Altman. In the trailer for RHOC Season 19, both Joshes can be seen getting greeted by Heather Dubrow as they gear up to sell her house.

“I’ll give Josh a higher commission if he goes down there,” Josh Altman said to Josh Flagg, pointing to a cliff below them.
