Los Angeles, California – Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner’s attempts to keep their 2023 settlement with Ray J private have been revoked!

Per TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior Court judge denied the 45-year-old and her momager’s attempt to keep parts of their previous settlement, including their alleged $6 million deal with the singer, sealed.
Kim and Kris’ lawyers argued that disclosing the material would cause harm as it contained “highly confidential and private” information.
“The agreement resolved highly sensitive matters that the parties explicitly agreed to keep confidential in order to protect their families from public disclosure and respect these sensitive matters,” their legal team added.

Unfortunately, the judge ruled that the reality stars didn’t provide enough evidence to support this and denied the request.
Kim and Kris’ legal war with Ray J began in October 2025 after the mom-daughter duo sued the One Wish artist for defamation.
Ray J, in turn, countersued his former girlfriend and the 70-year-old for violating the terms of their previous agreement when they discussed the exes’ infamous sex tape on The Kardashians.
Though Kim and Kris denied his claims that they “leaked” the tape under oath, the judge still sided with Ray J and has ordered the pair to submit un-redacted versions of the deal.
