To cap off the disastrous Colorado cast trip, Gizelle Bryant made a prediction about Karen at the end of Season 10, Episode 16.

“One thing I know for sure, the Grande Dame would not have made it through this trip,” Gizelle remarked to a producer. “I promise you she would have left before we got on that plane to go to Aspen. So, I think it’s a good thing she’s in a better place right now: prison.”

That was not the case for much longer, however. Cut to two months later, and Karen was seen for the first time on RHOP Season 10 exiting Maryland’s Montgomery County Detention Center after serving six months in jail on a DUI conviction.

As cameras rolled, Karen walked to a waiting SUV and thanked her driver. Once inside the vehicle, she folded her hands and closed her eyes in a moment of silent reflection as she made her back home to reunite with her family as a free woman.

What to expect from Karen Huger’s interview with Andy Cohen on RHOP

As teased at the end of the episode, Karen’s long-awaited interview with Andy Cohen will be featured on the RHOP Season 10 finale.

The logline for RHOP‘s Feb. 1 episode revealed, “Newly released from prison, Karen Huger sits down for a no-holds-barred interview with Andy Cohen to discuss what led to her arrest, the realities of prison life, and what’s in store for her future.”

The sneak peek further previewed Karen reuniting with her family, including husband Ray Huger and daughter, Rayvin Huger, before eventually facing some tough questions from the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host.

Though you will have to tune in to hear the Grande Dame’s answers, Andy was shown hitting on such topics as what Karen’s cell was like; viewers who think that she “should not be brought back into this platform; and if she has “an issue with alcohol.”

The WWHL host offered more intel on his sit-down with Karen at BravoCon 2025, telling Page Six on Nov. 14, “It was very emotional. I heard things from Karen that I have never heard before. … I’m excited for you guys to see it.”

Details on Karen Huger’s post-prison life

Karen filmed her interview with Andy just days after her prison release in September 2025, before making what she called a “triumphant return” to the Bravoverse during November’s BravoCon in Las Vegas. Attendees at the three-day event gave Karen a standing ovation when she appeared on stage to present an award during The Bravos.

In a Nov. 16 Instagram post, Karen thanked the network for “the incredibly warm and welcoming energy” at BravoCon and noted in the caption that she was embarking upon a “new chapter” in her life. “My heart is full,” Karen wrote.

One day later, Karen opened up even more about her comeback in a separate social media post.

“I’m uplifted beyond words reflecting on the overwhelming love from my family and all of the RHOP fans,” she captioned a carousel of IG photos from the event. “Last night, Andy and the entire WWHL team welcomed me with such warmth and respect. My deepest appreciation to the remarkable crew behind the scenes for their kindness, care, and support.”

Viewers can also look forward to hearing even more from Karen, too: When the RHOP Season 10 reunion seating chart dropped on Jan. 8, there was a first-chair spot reserved for the Grande Dame herself.

As you wait to hear her speak for herself, find out what Karen’s friend Cookie spilled about her life behind bars on RHOP.
