The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Keiarna Stewart has plans to expand her medical spa in a big way. As the first Black female owner of a med spa clinic in Harbor East, Baltimore thanks to K. Stewart Beauty and Wellness (K.S.B.W.), the beauty expert is ready to showcase more of her own skincare brand, too.
“Right now, you guys have seen a little bit of my skin care line; hopefully, you guys see a little bit more as the season goes on, but I really am working on expanding that,” she exclusively told The Daily Dish. “Turning that into a huge brand, and also duplicating the med spa that I have.”
Keiarna is aiming for “more locations” outside Baltimore, noting, “I wanna do another copy and paste of what I’ve done there. It’ll be a different kinda style because my goal is to franchise it, but that’s definitely on my projections within the next year or so.”

Keiarna also got down to brass tacks about having flawless skin, revealing she’s a big believer in the 80/20 rule: that 80 percent of one’s skincare should be at-home remedies and the other 20 percent from medical aesthetics.

“I always tell people, ‘You have to have a good skin [regimen],’” she said in her Bravo interview. “It doesn’t matter what you do … and for the med spa, I always tell people, ‘Preventative over reactive.’ So, the more you do the maintenance treatments up front, you do your toxins, you do your skincare, you don’t have to worry about it later.”
Keiarna further referenced her 80/20 rule in a Jan. 2 Instagram video about her skincare brand, the K. Stewart Skin Collection, stating that at-home care was “the part that maintains, protects, and compounds your results.”
“I may joke a lot, but I don’t play about my SKIN,” she captioned. “2026 beauty is about intention, longevity, and results.”

Skin prep, anti-aging, and glow essentials are the names for several money-saving bundles available online, offering a way to “pamper, rejuvenate, and restore” one’s face.
“Thoughtfully formulated. Science-backed. Luxe, but purposeful,” Keiarna’s Instagram noted. “And built in real time, with transparency, intention, and this community at the core.”
Keiarna’s flagship Baltimore store offers not-so-topical options for looking one’s best, particularly when it comes to neurotoxins such as Botox, Daxxify, and Dysport. But beyond putting the brakes on unwanted age lines, K.S.B.W. provides laser hair removal, micro-needling, intravenous hydration, weight-loss management, and other cosmetic services.
The Baltimore native was also behind the hair extension company, Bali Weave Express.
Keiarna is sure to bring her best style to the upcoming RHOP Season 10 reunion.
