Kim Zolciak has a boyfriend named Kyle, and she is very happy about this. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is currently going through a divorce from her ex-husband, Kroy Biermann, but in the midst of it all, she is choosing herself and her happiness.
Kim took to her Instagram Story on Wednesday, Oct. 22, where she opened up about her brand-new relationship, sharing intimate details about her love life. She revealed that she began seeing her boyfriend, Kyle, after she first filed for divorce from Kroy. “Almost 2 years after I filed for divorce, I went on my first date and we have been together since,” she admitted.
Kim and Kroy were married for more than 10 years before the divorce was initiated in May 2023. Therefore, Kim shared on Instagram that dating again and being vulnerable with someone was hard for her. But she has been able to find comfort in her new relationship.
“Kyle and I went through the exact same situation, so we identify with each other,” she admitted. In another post, when asked when fans might be able to “meet Kyle,” she added, “Soon enough.”

Kim hasn’t given up on love in the midst of her divorce, as she does want to get married again. “I believe whole heartily in marriage,” she wrote in one Instagram Story.

Kim is also aware that this situation has been super unique for her, as she continues to co-parent her six kids with Kroy. But she’s been happy to out herself and her kids first in this situation.

“It’s been a very long, painful, hard and sad road but it was the best road for me,” she wrote on Instagram. “I FINALLY chose me and my kids.”

The “Tardy for the Party” singer had previously opened up about her new relationship during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on July 31. Although she did not name him at the time, she admitted that she is very happy. “He’s just great,” Kim told WWHL host Andy Cohen. “You know, I sat in that house and just worked and tried to take care of everything for 20 months, and I finally met someone great.”

Even Andy has noticed the work that Kim has put into herself. During that same appearance on WWHL, he remarked on how much she has changed since he first met her. “I was telling Kim, since I saw her the first time — I mean, I met you at the Season 1 Atlanta reunion. And you look younger now than you did then,” he said.
